The Club House is a surprisingly affordable total vacation package where you, your family and friends will make Oak Island memories to forever cherish in this freshly renovated home with brand new swimming pool! 4 well-appointed bedrooms are complemented by 2 full bathrooms (BR1: 1Q, BR2: 2T, BR3: 1K, BR4: 1Q) and a sizable ground level living area for everyone to hang out after a full day on the beach, or out fishing on the ocean or paddle boarding in the Blue Point backwater. Two comfortable bedrooms are located on the ground level while two more bedrooms are upstairs with the backside bedroom offering a balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Well, if you like new furniture, fresh finishes, clean appliances and the thought of staying in a first-time rental home before anyone else then it's time to head to The Club House. Splash down in the backyard pool or play outdoor games! And with ample parking, there is one less worry with room for everyone's wheels. It's time to head to the beach The Club House awaits you! Departure Maid service included, linens for a fee, Saturday to Saturday only in Prime season, minimum 3 night stay in all other seasons. No Pets of any kind. Check-In 3-5PM Check-Out: 10:00AM

There were quite a few things that were not the greatest. When we got there the floor had puddles all over it. It may have been from cleaning, but because there are no towels provided, we weren’t able to clean it up as we came in. The bedroom downstairs had a bunch of chip crumbs underneath the comforter. We had to clean the shower downstairs. Several bedspreads were very stained and dingy-looking. My husband spent an hour and a half fixing the ice maker, so I guess that works for you all now! The paper shades were pretty annoying, and there weren’t any on 2 of the master bedroom windows. A lot of the dishes were dirty and sticky. The dryer woks very poorly. I had to dry each load 2-3 times.The lock on the pocket door in the master bedroom is broken and we had to shove a washcloth under it to keep it closed. It’s a shared bathroom, so it was pretty awkward. We did call the office a couple times but did not get an answer. Left a message once but did not get a call back. Decided to just comment here. The kids did enjoy the pool and the house was a good space for our family.
