It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and spacious area for curling up and enjoying a good book. The top floor has king bedroom and game room for everyone. Once the sun sets behind the gorgeous Smoky Mountains, it’s time for a little friendly competition. Challenge your family and friends to a game of foosball to earn your spot in this room where it appears that the mountains meet the sky. Great location and perfect amount of space! The host was quick with responses and that was much appreciated. The location was close to many attractions, but also remote. Be cautious as the drive up to the cabin can be pretty steep and coming from a flat state, that was new to me. The cabin has just enough amenities. Beds were soft and cozy. It was clean, but also be aware that you are in the woods. Bugs and critters happen. It would be helpful to have some bug spray on hand in case they make their way indoor. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on my next visit!

This is our 2nd time staying at Heavenly Ridge. We stayed 3 years ago for our first visit. The views are incredible! It’s the perfect size for our family of 4. The owner is very attentive and friendly. The kitchen is fully stocked so we’re able to cook and have meals together as a family. The hot tub is a nice bonus too. We’d love to come back for a 3rd visit but in the fall next time We highly recommend this place!!

The views are amazing, although the trees around the cabin are starting to obscure it in places. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. However, the whole place could use a once over: There are missing or burned out lightbulbs.A cable box in one of the bedrooms didn’t work (didn’t try streaming, but the main living area tv was not connected to wifi). The washer/dryer combo sounds like it might be near replacement time, but it did the job. Upstairs bed frame slopes on one side. Downstairs bath handle requires turning the entire shroud, because the handle itself is broken; upstairs shower is drippy.Could probably use a new toaster. Though trivial, this details brought down our overall satisfaction with the cabin. However, none of these were problematic enough we needed them addressed while staying. Overall, we would stay here again. The cabin has stunning views of sunrise and sunset, with a great location a few minutes from Pigeon Forge.

This was a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. The location is in very close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. There is ample room for one car. Two cars is doable, but tight. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean. The property management company does need to do a better job of routine maintenance. There was a swarm of carpenter bees outside the door, which appears as if they've been there for a while as it is causing wood damage. The tub faucet, dishwasher and sink faucet were all very loose. We were not able to open the side door at all and we could barely go through that door because of the bees. There was also a wasp nest under the eaves in the deck. A couple of times the bees were so intense it forced us to have to sit inside, but we could not open the windows because there are no screens on the windows. The unit does not supply basic items for travelers such as coffee filters, sugar packets, salt and pepper. There could be at least one loads worth of laundry soap, as there is a washer and dryer. All of the utensils were incredibly cheap and the pots and pans were difficult to cook with. If you're not cooking, those are not issues, of course. This is a very beautiful unit in a beautiful location and a little bit more attention to detail and TLC would make it fabulous. All in all, we still enjoyed our time here very much.

Cabin was wonderful would stay again. Great views and amenities. Overall very clean only issue we had was upstairs shower not draining well. Hot tub was excellent. Great parking area. Great for families or just adults.

My husband and I grew up just miles from New Orleans. We love natures landscape either water or mountains. We visited a friend in Pigeon Forge and fell in love. The view of mountains are so amazing! If you live a busy life, when you arrive here it slows down. We love having this escape, it is so peaceful. When we are outside we can hear Dollywood's train, and sometimes we can see Dollywood's fireworks display. At night it is so peaceful to see all the cabin lights through the town, they look as though they are just sprinkled through out the mountains. During the day you can see Ober Mountain in Gatlinburg. We were in Pigeon Forge during the fall, and the leaves were breath taking. I could hear each leaf hit the ground. The colors are incredible. It looks like someone painted the landscape. The cabin is very peaceful, but you are just minutes away from Dollywood Parkway.

Unique Benefits The cabin is near lots of attractions: Dollywood, Titanic, and Hatfield & McCoy dinner show, and more. There many outdoor activities as well: Cade's cove, white water rafting, tubing, ziplining, horse back riding, and much more. The cabin itself is very comfortable and warm. The view is breathtaking, and you will never get tired of it. Every room has a view, that is what makes it so special! It is very private to just relax. The view is what made us fall in love! After the rain, you can see the smoke come from the mountains. This is the most peaceful place I have ever been! The porch is facing Gatlinburg, great view! 1362
