Luxurious One Bedroom Master Residence includes a king bed in master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Large fully equipped kitchen with amenities including coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, blender, slow cooker, silverware/utensils, etc... Gas fireplace in the living room with deep cushion leather sofa, chair and coffee table. Full bathroom with soaking tub, long double vanity, with bonus vanity, and separate extra large double shower. Outdoor patio with chairs. Washer and dryer. Also included, ironing board and humidifier. Everything you could possibly need to make your vacation as comfortable as home.

This Condo is available as a weekly rental. Highly desirable Ski in-Ski out Condo on Peak 7 easily accessible to Independence Super Chair. Ski lockers are included with your stay. Break Connect Gondola is only steps away for easy access to downtown Breckenridge.

This was the nicest resort we have stayed at! There are so many amenities for all ages! The pools and hot tubs were amazing with varying temperatures and a beautiful mountain biew! They have movie theatre rooms you can rent with a variety of movies you can watch. The location was perfect as you can walk to the Peak 7 lift, the Breck Gondola, as well as a quick drive to Main Street. The resort also provides a free shuttle though if you don’t want to drive. Michael was a wonderful host! We will definitely be back!

Breck ski in/out

Michael’s condo in Breck is luxurious. The location is ski in/out, the condo is comfortable and clean, the mountain range view is beautiful. Many amenities to choose from including a very nice spa, hot tubs and a lobby bar for Apre ski. I’ll be returning to this property!
