It is nestled less than one block from the end of the Four O'Clock run, one block from historic Main St. and less than two blocks from the BreckConnect Gondola, which whisks visitors to the Peak 8 base area.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath, spacious 970 sq. ft. condo was recently remodeled and comfortably sleeps 6. Featuring two well-appointed bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a separate dining room, new carpet throughout, granite counters, and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, the condo will help ensure a perfect vacation getaway for you and your guests.

After a day out, relax in one of the building's two outdoor hot tubs, warm up by the fireplace with a hot chocolate or adult beverage in hand or just take in the scenery and the crisp, clean mountain air from the comforts of the covered deck. Should you choose to venture out, Breckenridge's historic Main St., with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars that help give the town some of its character, is a short, 2-minute walk away.

After falling in love with each other, we fell in love with Breckenridge. Fast forward a few years and we were fortunate enough to buy a property in Breck.

Our condo is at the crossroads of everything. Being from Denver and having spent a considerable amount of time in the Rockies, we knew we wanted a place in Breckenridge that was close to the slopes. The condo's location close to the mountain has its benefits; we enjoy being able to leave the comforts of our condo and being on the slopes in minutes. Meanwhile, at lunch or after a day on the slopes, the convenience of skiing or snowboarding back to the condo cannot be beat. We also love being able to walk to downtown and enjoying the many restaurants, bars and shops up and down Main St.

From Breck's epic powder to the town's friendly vibe to its endless summer nights, the town is truly a mountain paradise.

Great stay any time of year!

The condo was in excellent conditions and the customer service from the management company was great! Very relaxing and comfortable place to stay while visiting the beautiful town of Breckenridge. Spent a lot of time mountain biking and I could easily ride my way to the beginning of numerous trails without driving!

Close to Denver

Location is great, amenities even better

We went to Breckenridge for our anniversary, and it was a great experience. The condo is within walking distance of main street with all the shops and restaurants/bars. It's also really close to the gondola as well, which we took several times. The condo itself has a great feel to it, it seems like it has been recently updated as the appliances all seem fairly new.

The flat screens were a nice touch, and since it was summer we didn't get to use the fireplace, but when we come back in the winter time, we will have to test that out. Thanks for the Keurig! It was a great touch to have.

Would love to come back

My family stayed for 10 nights over the Christmas period skiing. This condo was beautiful, it was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great, near the gondola and main street. We loved it and would stay there again, I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks Eric

Nice place!

Started the New Year skiing. Enjoyed our stay at this condo. New renovations are nice. Great value. Walked everywhere we went. One benefit - it is a down hill walk to the gondola and you can ski to the road on the 4 O'clock run and walk down hill to the condo, so down hill both ways. Important factor when wearing ski boots. Very conveniently located. Owner and property manager were very easy to work with. Quick and easy to book, pay, etc.

Looking forward to coming back

My boyfriend and I came for a ski vacation - flew into Denver airport and drove to Breck - 6 hours door to door from our house in LA.

I was excited about this place because of the good reviews I read online, and when we got there I saw the reviews were totally deserved. The place is really clean and cozy, and they weren't joking about being just a few steps from downtown. We must've come during a cold snap, and the condo provided a comfy and pleasant atmosphere to hang out in after walking around and enjoying dinner out.

The owner put together a huge guidebook, which was really helpful for us to figure out which restaurants to go to.

In all, the condo had great amenities, the only downside was we didn't have more time to stay longer. I'm really looking forward to coming back!
