Smokey Mountain Hideaway is NEWLY renovated and gorgeous with all the amenities, seclusion, and comfort you could want for your vacation! This beautiful home has one of the best game rooms around, is dog friendly, has comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, amazing deck space with room for relaxing, a bubbling hot tub, and a dreamy sun room perfect for curling up with a book and drinking a cup of coffee.

When you pull up to the home, you'll find plenty of flat parking and be so impressed with the wooded view and total seclusion! Walk into the front door into a welcoming entryway and then into the super comfortable living room! There's an electric fireplace, comfy couches (one is a sleeper sofa), large smart TV, and a dining room just begging for you and your family to enjoy a home cooked meal on.

Beyond the awesome living room is the cutest sun room you've ever seen! It has seating options, lets in tons of gorgeous natural light, and has an electric fireplace. Y'all... it doesn't get cozier or cuter. Just outside of the sunroom is a totally private deck with a welcoming hot tub! The relaxation options are endless at Smokey Mountain Hideaway!

There are three bedrooms in Smokey Mountain Hideaway. The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a huge bathroom! It has tons of vanity space, two sinks, and an amazing walk-in shower. This is the good life! While the primary bedroom is on one side of the house, the other two bedrooms are on the other side. One has a king bed and the other has a queen bed as well as a set of twin bunk beds. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV! These two bedrooms have a jack and jill bathroom, so each bedroom has their own spacious vanity and share another amazing walk in shower. There is also a half bath located in the hallway.

The kitchen is large, luxurious, and fully equipped for you! Ice maker, Keurig, coffee maker, brand new appliances- the list goes on and on! Buy all the food and snacks you want, because this home has more storage than you'll know what to do with. The pantry and mudroom is full of built in storage options, a washer and dryer, a large sink, and a ton of storage space.

Once you make your way through the massive kitchen and pantry, you'll head into an INCREDIBLE game room. With a huge flat screen smart TV with movies, board games, comfy recliners and armchairs, pool table, pop-a-shot, arcade games, and foosball, good luck talking your family into leaving to explore the area! You could spend your entire vacation in this amazing home and never run out of things to do! Head outside and there is great outdoor deck space with rocking chairs that let you look out over the gorgeous woods, a fenced in yard for man's best friend, and a picnic table and charcoal grill.

● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.

Welcome to the Smokies- this area is packed with incredible things to do for every kind of traveler! Everyone has to visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with its famous hikes and lookouts! If you’re more of a thrill seeker, you’ll enjoy Dollywood’s roller coasters, skiing at Ober Gatlinburg, ziplining, horseback riding, go-karts, white water rafting, river and snow tubing, and mountain coasters.
