Welcome to your Beach Oasis on the Emerald Coast! This 5-bedroom, 4-bath home has relaxing views of one of the many golf courses on the Resort property. This home also provides a 6-seater golf cart with every reservation.
The kitchen is incredible, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The dining room and living room have plenty of windows for a perfect view of the lake from every room.
The living room provides comfortable seating for everyone to gather around the mounted flat-screen TV.
The patio is right off the lake to enjoy a lovely sunset with family and friends.
Off the first floor is the master suite with a private bath.
Located on the second floor are two private suites with King beds and private bathrooms—a bunk bed (twin over Twin) suite with a private bath. There is also an additional queen guest bedroom.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the house provided all essential. Only complaint was a very uncomfortable bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Besides that it was lovely.

Passcode Issue

Initial passcode would not work. Unable to reset until after check-in time. Out of town guest arrived 60 minutes early and had to wait over an hour. Property management not able to activate the passcode an hour early for the guest.

Great stay! Will be back - recommending maintenance

We had a GREAT stay! We stayed a Thursday-Monday. Checkin was easy. I called to request early checkin. Property management responded very promptly. This was not an option but the lady I spoke with was so pleasant. I knew it probably wouldn’t be an option. However, we did have 2 babies on our trip with us (9 months and 1 year.) The stair rail was quite shaky so that was a little uneasy with babies. Beyond that, the dishes (specifically frying pans and cooking utensils) need to be replaced. We cooked eggs in a frying pan and the pan was scraping off into the eggs. The cooking utensils were also peeling. Some lightbulbs were out. Our golf cart died very quickly and was hard to put back on the charger. It had to be plugged in just right. Everything was so clean and the house was the perfect fit for us and we will definitely be back. I would just recommend that maintenance maybe visit the houses more often, or do a more detailed check. I’m not sure of the maintenance routine but it didn’t appear that they make a visit in between guest stays. I would also recommend occasional replacements of dishes/cookware. *****I will add we did not call and make a complaint to maintenance while we were there. I have read maintenance is very prompt and good. We only cooked twice and didn’t plan to use the golf cart much. We were only there 4 days so we didn’t attempt to have maintenance out. Just wanted to leave this review to make a few suggestions. Thank you for the great stay for our Bach trip and my birthday!!!

Baytowne rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was fine. Kitchen could have been stocked with more uti sips and appliances. Containers. Toilet issue running water, but was fixed quickly, when reported.
