Super easy check-in. Location is great. Easy walk to beach. The kitchen is adequately stocked. We did a low country boil so we did bring a few stockpots of our own. All new appliances throughout. This is a beautiful home. Very clean and modern. Has an elevator for those heavy suitcases too. Definitely would stay here again!

Family vacation

Our family was looking for somewhere we could go and relax. We could have used more kitchen equipment and tools so we could’ve cooked more if we wanted. The place was very clean and ready when we moved in. Thank you

Not so ocean view

Had a small family gathering here while my son and his wife were visiting from VA. We came up from Jacksonville because we love this area. The house is very new and everything is nice and clean. It has just about everything you need for your stay and will accommodate 9 people comfortably. The only negatives in my opinion would be that there is no view of the ocean due to the large condo building across the street. Also the beach access is about a 5 minute walk which makes toting beach gear difficult unless you rent a golf cart. The cost for staying here seems to be consistent with other rentals in the area but the added fees are ridiculous. There are other options that are on the beach and less expensive. Would definitely choose a different location and price for next trip.

Great location

Great house with great amenities. However, there is one fire pit for three different rentals so try to be the first one if you want to use it because neighbors do not like to share. Otherwise, it was a great place to rent and we will rent again.

Great townhouse by the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is like new and was very clean. We had everything we needed for a great thanksgiving week stay though would have enjoyed some wine glasses that weren’t plastic! Location is on the main street that runs along the beach so it’s an easy trip across the road and onto the beach. Our dogs were welcome in the house and loved the beach access. The street noise is pretty significant but we got used to it. The house is only a couple of miles from downtown Fernandina Beach where we enjoyed many great restaurants and nice shopping. We’d definitely stay again. The only issue with the VRBO listing is the map location shown is not where the house is located. The house is a couple of miles north of what is shown. A great location but misleading if you wanted to be where the house is shown.
