Welcome to The Doll House. The uniqueness of the vaulted ceilings in this open loft mimics that of a real life doll house. Relax in this clean and simple space while staying connected to all of the wonderful things Chilliwack has to offer. Walking distance to the Cottonwood Mall, groceries, restaurants and more. A short drive away from Cultus Lake, the Vedder trail and other outdoor adventures. Enjoy your coffee on the private patio with mountain views.
Please note: Staircase entry.

The Space:
Enter through the front doors and make your way up the staircase to the loft. Private upper level of a house. It is a completely private entryway and private patio.
One queen bed in nook with two full sized adult cots under the bed that can be set up anywhere in the space.
Living room has a futon bed.

My stay at the dollhouse included great communication with the host. The apartment was as seen in the images with good amenities. There was coffee and tea, fridge and microwave available, and a nice deck to enjoy.

Was a nice little carriage house, worked perfectly to accomodate us for the wedding we were in town for, bed was comfy, everything was clean and allowed us to come with our Dog for an additional fee. The coffee bar is a nice treat and we had world Cup soccer on the TV so always a bonus..

We had a great stay overall! My kids absolutely loved it and kept calling it the cutest little abode, which pretty much sums up the vibe. The host was very easy to deal with, super responsive and quick to message back, which made everything smooth and stress free.The space had everything we needed, including a couple of coffee mugs, a microwave, and a mini fridge. The bed was really comfortable, and it was a nice touch that an air mattress was provided. It definitely saved me from listening to my kids argue about blankets all night.The only downsides were that it was a bit dusty under the bed, and although it was listed as sleeping 4, which is what I booked, I did end up getting charged for an extra person, which was a bit frustrating.Overall though, it’s a super cute place and we enjoyed our stay!

Very cute and cozy space. The shower is a little hard to figure out and there were fruit flies but we’re just in that season! It was great for our girls trip!

The dollhouse was just perfect for my week in Chilliwack. It was so cozy and decorated so cute. It was obvious that care and attention was put into every detail. Will definitely come back. Loved it!

My dog and I stayed two nights and were very comfortable. The accommodations are cute and cozy and surprisingly quiet. The yard was great for the dog. Only suggestion would be….bring your own kitchen cutlery and dishes….there isn’t much supplied. I would recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again. Thanks Rochelle!

Dollhouse

Not a lot good to say. Kitchenette had no sink and no dishes or cutlery were supplied. Water taps were all Hot water and we're not marked. Futon frame for couch was broken and sagged in the middle. it seemed that the bed was a double frame with a queen mattress and when you got to the edge of the bed it tried to put you on the floor. Also the bed had no room on either side and you had to climb in from the foot.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The Dollhouse is just as its name suggests, a quaint and cozy little hideaway. As noted in the listing, there’s no full kitchen, but we’ve included a coffee bar with a mini fridge for light snacks and drinks. Being part of an older home, the water lines travel through the attic, so it may take a brief moment for the hot water to arrive, just enough time to enjoy the charm of the space. The bed is a queen on a queen frame, and with the Dollhouse’s petite proportions, there’s limited space around it, but we’ve designed the layout to include both a living area and a private sleeping nook so guests can enjoy the best of both worlds. We appreciate your comments and will use them to keep making this little retreat even more inviting. We hope future guests will come and enjoy the Dollhouse for what it is, a cozy, character-filled getaway that’s perfect for those who love charm in a smaller space.

I had troubles getting into the unit. Connected the host directly and never hear back from her. The taps in the bathroom sink never really produced cold water only warm so not pleasant to drink. And the taps in the shower had no labels for hot and cold. So one side of double shower was too hot and the other side was cold. The attention to cleaning detail was not there especially on the back of the bathroom door… big brown drop marks all over door. Also the coffee maker didn’t work and the mi I kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes. Not even drinking glasses!

The unit was as presented. It was clean and tidy. It was very hot during our stay, the portable AC unit had trouble keeping up. It was nice to have the coffee bar. Additional supplies for the coffee would have been helpful…like sugar and coffee mate. I did find some Splenda tho. The bathroom wasn’t finished as nicely as the main room, but everything functioned properly. The main bed was cozy and comfy.

The Doll House is such a cute little place, clean and well organized.My friend and I wanted to bike the Vedder River Rotary Trail without the added travel time from Coquitlam.The Doll House was close to our starting point so we were on the trail quickly, Monday morning before it got too hot!After our 22km ride we relaxed in the air conditioned apartment, heated the meal we pre cooked, had dinner then sat on the large deck enjoying the beautiful views and evening breeze while having a glass of wine!On Tuesday we did an 8 km ride then went into the Historic 1881 District to explore the shops, stopped for coffee at smoking gun and then went in search of Kent’s Ice Cream shop.It was about 7 km from the 1881 District but so worth the drive! Huge scoops of ice cream at old fashioned prices, and tables inside and chairs and benches outside.We went back to our little home away and sipped wine, played crib and relaxed.This morning, as we were packing up and loading the bikes, we were already planning a return trip next year!Thank you Richelle for a great experience at The Doll House,
