This modern and fully furnished home is ready to welcome you and your family on your next vacation trip to the Orlando Champions Gate area. Very beautifully decorated with your comfort in mind, this large home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 13 guests.
The kids and family will have plenty space to have fun: Ping Pong Table, Family Lounge! After a day exploring the parks, enjoy the entire home relaxing in the pool & spa in the backyard!
POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.
POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Columbia Vacation Homes does not have a 24-hour check-in desk.
You have sole access to your entire Home. At Championsgate, you will also have year-round access to a great variety of amenities. A fitness center keeps your workout routine on-track, and a kid's play area keeps the little ones occupied while you work out.

Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies or replenishments to those listed above will be the responsibility of the guest; one (1) garbage bag.
Linens and towels, however, it is the responsibility of the guest to wash them after each use because we do not provide new linens or towels for longer stays. Please note that washcloths are not included, they are considered personal items.
