The property definitely has a lot of room, and is separated nicely. Some areas are in need of a little repair and there is NO hot tub. The property owner was very attentive and answered any questions right away. All in all a very nice family vacation.

Gem on the water

Rented this house for a family birthday party. Great location, clean, accommodating, well appointed and spacious place.Great experience with Evolve team in renting, providing advice and information on the property.

The house accommodated what we needed, rooms for all our guests. The house has rats. We woke up to a rat eating our food and had to block off the basement door. Clean everything and go shopping again. Upon entry to the basement, there were multiple rat traps. Outside as well. The fridge was full of old condiments and ice cream. We had to move everything out before putting our items in. Not happy with that.

This place is conveniently located and has potential. For the price range we paid for this unit it did not meet our expectations. The unit is lacking in finishing touches and attention to details. The air conditioning did not work in all the rooms and when we contacted the host after departure, we were accused of not setting it correctly. The sunroom chair legs were not secured properly and had to be tightened before we could use them. The refrigerator did not keep the milk cold, or the ice cream solid and the roof leaked when it rained.
