Great stay overall. The property was very clean, and the location was excellent.The only small issue was the living room seating. It was a bit uncomfortable, and the reclining chair sat very low.Otherwise, everything was great and we’d stay again.

Great beach access and ocean view

You can't beat this for beach access and a lovely ocean view from the balcony and living room. Had everything we needed. Appreciate that we were able to split the holiday weekend to accommodate our return travel schedule.

Perfect Location and Layout

We truly enjoyed this stay. We had a weekend to get away and loved being right in the beach. Listening to the waves at night while we slept was magical. The property managers are fantastic. We will stay here again.

I booked this condo for a week long baseball tournament my son had in Viera. It was a perfect location and short drive to the ball Fields.The area was a quiet beach town with local vibes. Pool was perfect for the hot days & after walking up from the beach.The unit was cozy & had everything basic you needed. It was a great stay for us!

Small complex. Great experience.

Only 18 units in the complex. Great pool right on the beach. Satellite launches can be viewed from your deck. Very friendly group of vacationers.

Awesome stay by Space Coast!!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while in Viera Florida by Space Coast. This condo is beautiful, well maintained and right on the private beach! Parking was easy. It had everything we needed, including an keurig, plentiful cleaning and Paper towels, and even beach towels and beach supplies, so we didn’t have to worry about flying with too much stuff. Communication with the property manager was easy and loved our experience. We traveled with our 2 kids and mother in law, so the 2 bedrooms, one with 3 beds in it, was perfect Would def stay again and highly recommend!

Loved the Condo, but rocks make the beach hard to enjoy.

The 4 of us really enjoyed the condo itself. The location was amazing and had things in a walkable distance, and we loved how quiet and relaxing it was. Only downside was the amount of shells and the rocks in the water, which we didn't research and that was on us. So we spent most of our time at the pool instead of going into the ocean. We did get to see a rocket launch while we were there and it was an incredible view. Highly recommend. Taylor was very easy to get in contact with and was very sweet and helpful. Would return!

The property was good with a few exceptions. They have ants. The shower had no bath mat for the tub and it is very slick when trying to get into the tub for a shower. The tub also had the track still attached to the tub from previous glass doors but now has a shower curtain. These are safety issues. The condo was well stocked. Definitely need some directions on the operation of the TV. Overall a good place to stay.

Nice stay at Eagle Point

Great location for skiing/winter sports. Condo fit our group of 7 perfectly. It was hard to find at night as we got in late, but the check-in was easy. Excellent communication from the management company. Would like to see a little more attentiveness to cleanliness—stove especially. The winter access from the parking spot could use some upgrading—very muddy during the day and icy at night—maybe a little more gravel to build the access up so you don’t get pooling of water by the steps to the unit? Great stay overall. We would return.

Relaxing Retreat

We had an amazing stay. A week before our stay we received an email with all our check-in information and our door code was programmed with easy to remember numbers which made remembering so carefree and easy for us. When we arrived our room was spotless with crisp white liens on our bed, and plenty of toiletries to start our stay of seamless. The room included everything we needed and even had a keurig for our use. The beach is steps away and the pool was very clean and relaxing following busy days of seeing area attractions. The air stayed cool and the water was extra hot and allowed for relaxing baths at the end of our evenings following watching the sunset on the balcony. We would most definitely stay again in the future. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great family trip

I recently stayed at a beachfront condo, and it was everything I could have hoped for. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the ocean with stunning views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a dream! The condo itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The decor was bright and beachy, which made the space feel relaxing and inviting.The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like dining out. The living area was spacious, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. Both the bedrooms were comfortable, with soft linens and ample storage. I especially appreciated the beach amenities, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels—no need to pack extra gear!The surrounding area had everything you could need—great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment short drive away. The beach was pristine and not overly crowded, perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll.Overall, this condo provided the perfect beach getaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay by the ocean. I would definitely come back one day ! :)
