2 bedroom plus loft pet friendly apartment, perfect for families. One bedroom features a queen bed, second bedroom features (2) twin beds and sleeping loft with (2) twin beds. Located in walking distance of Main St. Lake Placid and a short stroll to the start of the rail trail.
Lower entryway with plenty of room for gear. Washer and dryer located in the entry way.
Elevated deck with BBQ grill and hot tub. Large stone fire pit in the fenced in yard. Enjoy all the best that Lake Placid has to offer!

This was a great place to stay for the lax tournament! Close to town, but tucked away for a quiet evening…with AC! Love that it was dog and family friendly. Highly recommend!

This property was fantastic! We brought our bicycles from home and the location couldn't have been better. From here we rode around Mirror Lake and walked around downtown. The next day, we rode along the ADK Rail Trail to Saranac Lake and back. The trailhead is just up the road! The house is clean and neat, and the deck and hot tub are superb! Highly recommend!!

My family and I have been staying here for many years and will keep on returning. I highly recommend staying here--the place is very clean, spacious, with a wonderful hot tub (especially great after hiking a high peak), and a nice fenced in lawn (great for dogs) with nice fireplace for the evenings. In addition, the hosts are very kind and receptive!

We always love staying here when we come up to Lake Placid. It's perfect for our family of four and dog. The back yard being fenced in is perfect. The hot tub is equally perfect, as is being so close to town. Will be looking to stay here on our next trip up to LP.

I loved this property for our stay. It’s a really cute apartment above a garage but was clean and comfortable. I loved that there is a fenced yard for dogs, the beds were pretty comfortable, and location was really good and a quick 5 min drive to most places. I don’t know if the floors were warm because a garage is below or if they’re heated but it was really nice either way lolMy only “complaints” because they really aren’t complaints were that it was a little hard to find because there’s no pictures or accurate description of it being above a garage. The TV was so slow and took like 10 mins to turn on and get going. Also, there’s no light in the backyard to see the fenced in yard at night.Overall these are minimal things and I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as described and we were very comfortable. There’s a ton of stuff to do in Lake Placid year round, and it was not too far a walk to downtown from the VRBO. We would stay here again!

The accommodations were excellent. The fire place and hot tub are a big hit. We were able to walk a small distance to the bike path for walks with our Siberian Husky. It was exactly what we needed a beautiful rustic place close to every thing Lake Placid.

This property is cozy, comfortable, and perfect for my family. Town is a short drive away and it's centrally located for all the High Peaks activities. The gas stove makes the living space cozy and the hot tub is perfect on a chilly night!

My family and I have stayed here many times and love it! It is very open and inviting. The hot tub is wonderful, especially after hiking a high peak, and also great to be able to have a warm, cozy fire in the backyard. We of course will be there again!

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable, lots of room in a great location. We were in town for the lacrosse tournament and it was only a 6 minute drive. I highly recommend!

We have a daughter and two dogs. We love to travel ourselves and through these experiences we have noticed the lack of dog and family friendly lodging options. So we designed this apartment to be pet and kid friendly.
