This newly available, beautifully decorated 2,700+ sq. ft. private pool/spa home is just 1.8 miles from Nokomis Public Beach and perfect for a relaxing vacation. With two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, the home accommodates up to six adults, ideal for three couples. The spacious, split-floor plan includes a large master suite with direct access to the private saltwater pool and spa, which is enclosed in a screened lanai. The master suite also features a luxurious en-suite bath with a soaking tub and dual showerheads. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, ensuring privacy for all guests.



The home’s outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a Tiki bar that seats six, multiple covered seating areas, and a beautifully landscaped backyard. The property backs onto a saltwater canal with a kayak launch, offering easy access to local bays and wildlife. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with two dining areas—one casual, overlooking the pool, and one formal with seating for six.



Additional amenities include WiFi, two Smart TVs with cable, beach gear, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles. The home is pet-friendly for one well-behaved dog (with prior approval and a pet fee). Nokomis offers a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to nearby attractions, including Pops Sunset Grill, Nokomis Beach, and various water sports. The home is professionally managed and available for monthly rentals, making it the perfect getaway for those seeking relaxation and convenience.

Please note the garage is not available for guests.

The house was very cleaned, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful, very cleaned and big. The location was perfect, close proximity to various great beaches and restaurants. We stayed for two weeks, and we will come back again.

This was our first time booking a house and it was by far the best experience and idea ever. This place has set the bar for future stays. It was very clean and spacious, our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool or fishing of the private dock at the canal. Overall this house was an 11 out of 10 to us. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Home!

Wow, what an amazing place and an incredible time that our family had there, we all absolutely loved it! It's a beautiful property and yet has such a warm and friendly environment. We felt so at home there. The pool and hot tub was such a pleasure to enjoy. The house was so nicely decorated and comfortable to experience. We had lots of fun catching fish and large crabs off the nice doc at the back of the house that goes to the cannel and is so close to the bay. We felt so safe in the neighborhood and it was conveniently located to everything we needed. LOVED IT and can't wait to return!

This Home Is a True Ray of Sunshine

This home is a refreshing place to spend time in. There is privacy on both sides of the home. I like the high ceilings, but really love the screened in pool area… just a paradise! The home has lush landscaping and even a front porch for relaxing! The home decor is so pretty with jazzy unexpected touches. For me, I call this place the “heaven home” which can’t be beat as it’s just minutes from the beach. The home is NOT near a crowded area, so it’s just more relaxing! Thank you for sharing your home with me!

Property was beautiful and very clean. Extremely spacious. Our favorite spot was the pool hang out area. The screen protection around the pool was extremely effective. Kitchen has a lot of spices and kitchen utensils that you can cook easily. We enjoyed the fishing dock as well. My son even saw a manatee swim by. Do note to use bug protection at the dock area per typical Florida. Bbq was very nice and easy to use. Overall great home that has been kept up well.
