Our ZEN 1 bedroom suite designed with Grace + Love

Welcome to our charming, cozy 1 bedroom suite with private bath and kitchen, our guests always compliment us about how peaceful our suite is...We have equipped this suite with love and grace, lots of thoughtful add-ons to create an authentic HOME away from HOME atmosphere. Our 700 sqft ground floor has been recently renovated, it has lots of light, and a big 10 x 20 patio to enjoy the garden. this suite has a separate entrance. Centrally located in the beautiful, quiet Eagle Ridge Neighbourhood, 10 min away from Coquitlam Centre Mall and skytrain.

The suite has:
Gas fireplace, work desk
Modern stainless steel kitchen appliances
Expandable Sofa bed (double) in living room
Queen size bed
TV, smart box, unlimited internet
Lots of street parking

We are a pet and smoke free household, one of our children is severely allergic to both, if you smoke please do not book our property. No parties allowed.
Our house is smoke free, pet free environment.

We love our planet therefore we only use eco friendly, biodegradable, bleach free, animal cruelty free cleaning supplies. We only use eco friendly soaps.
This suite is ideal for a single family, max 2 adults 1 child.

A Cozy Little Place

To sum it up, I liked the convenience to all amenities in the Coquitlam area. Ela is very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. It is quiet and the suite is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

A great stay close to Eagle Ridge Hospital

We needed a walk in entry stay close to the hospital and this was just the ticket. Ella is a wonderful and gracious host very kind and accommodating. We were extremely pleased with how close it was to the hospital and how easy it was to gain access on crutches. It is well equipped and a nice home away from home.

Lovely and peaceful oasis in Coquitlam

We spent three wonderful days at Ella’s cozy one bedroom suite, enjoying the herbs garden and the patio. Ella was attentive to our needs. In the future, when we are in the area undoubtedly we will return to her oasis.

Perfect short stay oasis

Great communication with Gabriella she reached out with information and was very quick to respond with questions I had. I was traveling alone and her cozy place was perfect. Close to Ioco Road and the train station and even had a vegetable garden she allowed me to pick a fresh salad! I would stay again when in the area.

Holiday time

What a great place and great area that close to everything you need. I love coming my own food, so this place was perfect, and grocery stores close by. It was very cozy and warm with the gas fireplace, and quiet too. A quick trip to grouse mountain gĂłndola ride to see the snow made this a beautiful trip. Thank you Ella

Easy, private, no problems with parking, close to what I needed.

I was working in the area, so this was a place for my coworker and I to stay. The kitchen was easy to use. My coworker washed his wet clothes from the weather at the site we were working at in the in suite washer. Everything was easy and Ela, the host is amazing!

We live in the suite upstairs, sorry no parties at all. If you smoke or you have pets, we are not the right household for you, severe allergies don't allow us to host you.

Eagle Ridge is a quiet, family orientated, safe neighbourhood. We have being fortunate to have had guests from 18 to 80 from all over the world and they all enjoyed our little, cozy suite. people who came to visit family, to be close to an Eagle Ridge Secondary student, or to just discover Vancouver.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The suite has access to a beautiful garden, in the 3 seasons we have lots of flowers and non GMO vegetables. We encourage our guests to pick some fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, carrots and many spices for their delicious green salads. We compost all food, nothing goes to waste in our house. Our garden is irrigated with water from rain barrels, no chemicals in it!
We strictly comply by City of Coquitlam Short Rental guidelines, no noise, no more than 2 guests or single family, please do not request rentals over 29 days.
