We enjoyed our time staying in this condo. It was perfect location set right on the beach. The only thing that kind of bothered us was the walkway was being built from the condo to the beach so we would have to go to the next property to go to the beach sometimes the gate would be locked and sometimes it wouldn’t But overall a great place.

Great value in this attractive Gulf front condo

Nice decor, homey baskets of books to read, comfortable good quality mattresses, ceiling fans everywhere and ample porch furniture. These things coupled with the lovely close view of the Gulf made this a great condo to rent.

We love the area and go yearly. The beach never disappoints. We have stayed at Emerald Surf many times before. It’s much less congested on that end of the beach. Will return next chance.

The condo was very nice. It had a lot of kitchen items. Maybe need to put some pot holders in the kitchen. The weather was horrible but the condo was nice and cozy.

Our time in the area was great. The unit was fine but we had several issues we needed to reach out to the property manager about. Most were resolved quickly but one took dozens of texts and calls to get resolved. We finally have to involve VRBO to act on our behalf with the property manager.

I have no complaints about this property. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The view was amazing. The pool was comfortably warm when the beach got too chilly. *One recommendation: Additional seating in the living room would be good since the rental is for up to 7 people.
