Our beautiful 1,000 sq. ft. apartment is in the historic mid-century neighborhood of Olympic Manor, Ballard.
Spacious, private, clean, and cozy, this lower-level apartment is part of our charming home. You'll enjoy private driveway parking & no steps.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for scenic walks with stunning views of the Olympic Mountains & Puget Sound. It’s an 8-minute drive to downtown Ballard, where you’ll find fantastic restaurants, shops, and vibrant local culture.

Guest access
You’ll have a private entrance and convenient parking, with space for up to two cars—either in our driveway or directly in front of our home. Inside, you’ll find a selection of board games, puzzles, and books, including Seattle guidebooks and maps, to enhance your stay. While the patio offers sweeping views for you to enjoy, please note that it is a shared space.

This spacious and private apartment, located on the lower level of our home, offers a cozy and comfortable retreat. With its own private entrance (not accessed by us), the apartment is quiet, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

• Includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, induction burner, Breville countertop oven (bakes up to 9x13), All-Clad cookware, and Oxo utensils.
• Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, coffee, tea, cream, and basic condiments provided.

Your Hosts
We live upstairs with our friendly, non-barking Shih Tzu, Koko. While we keep a quiet household and are mindful of our guests, you may hear occasional sounds during meal prep.
We’re happy to offer recommendations or help as needed, and we’ve provided a binder with a curated list of our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and activities to ensure you make the most of your stay.

Other things to note
The floors between our living room, kitchen, and the apartment are insulated, but you may occasionally hear general sounds from above. We are mindful of our guests and make an effort to tread lightly. There is an in-ground pool on the property that is not available for guest use. However, you’re welcome to relax on our patio and take in the beautiful view. Please note that the patio is a shared space, and you may see us there from time to time
