Overall, a nice place. The entry level floor as you walk in from the carport has a bedroom and full bathroom with sliding glass doors out to another parking area with views of the community pool which is inside a chain-link fence. The second floor has an open floor plan with a half bath, dining area, kitchen, living room, and outdoor deck. The third floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. The view of the beach is a sideways view off the decks. The decks overlook the side street, but you can see the beach off to the side. It's only a few units from the beach. Other than the first floor, the common area and third floor bedrooms are nice. The lower level bedroom is shabby. The main issue is that they need a new cleaning service. It looked like the floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed. They were covered with sand and dust bunnies. There were items left in drawers and under the beds from previous tenants. The lower level bathroom had spots of mildew in the shower, on the shower curtain, and in the toilet. The toilet seats should be replaced as they are quite worn. For the price, it was quite decent on a budget.
