Summary:

Beautiful Bottom Floor 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, this condo is just 2 blocks from one of Newport's best beaches. This colorful ground floor living area has comfortable seating where the whole crew can relax. Fantastic patio area with gas BBQ and fire pit. A king bed graces the master bedroom with spacious en suite bath with walk-in shower. Two beachy guest bedrooms—both with queen beds and share a bathroom with large walk-in shower. SLP#12228



Other Things to Note:

-10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

-Must be 26 or older to book

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

Family Get Away

Great house and location! Will stay here again! Everything worked and having bikes was a plus! A suggestion would be that more bathroom towels be provided so we didn’t have to wash them everyday and that sheets be put on beds. Not a deal breaker but more for convenience! Overall A!

Wonderful Fall Weekend

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend of sun, beach and exploring with our young girls and two friends. House has everything you need for the beach, including toys, chairs, bikes, towels, games and boards. Layout of house was great. The living room/patio area is perfect for a group. We had a rental car but really didn’t need it. We walked to all restaurants and activities. October is a prime time to be in OC!

Bikes for everyone, beach chairs, towels and toys all in working order. Nice appliances. Carport large enough for BIG Expedition. Love grilling/ eating on patio. Beds are cozy. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops all close. Owner and Burr White super friendly and easy to work with...keep up the good work. Definitely recommend and will go back again next year.

Two weeks at Newport

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year renting this unit and we had another great time. The location is great with quite a few full time residents on this section of the street. Everything worked well except the normal setting on the dishwasher. It continue running after 2 hours so we ended up changing the setting to one hour which worked fine.

Perfect Home and location

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is well equipped in a great location near the pavilions and beach. The bikes and wagon make it so easy to get around. The kitchen has everything you need. We met the owner and he is was so kind. Will for sure rent this home again.

Family Weekend in Newport

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the outside sitting area and the beach equipment along with cruiser bikes. We were a short walk the beach too. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. The whole experience was easy and we felt comfortable. We also loved the neighborhood vibe and the friendly people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the home had not been cleaned when we got there. There was no Wi-Fi the entire time even though we called several times to get it fixed. And the garage door kept breaking. Overall we were disappointment from our normal experience with Burr White rentals.

It came equipped with bikes, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys as wells as everything a kitchen needed. My family is already looking forward to staying again next year. My husband asked what I would do different next time and the only thing I could think of was not bring as much food. The market is so close and has everything you need. However, I would bring more kitchen towels as there was only 2 and with a family of 6 we are constantly cleaning

Excellent Beach House

We loved this property it was so nice inside very comfortable. Loved how close it is to everything no need to take a car just walk or bike. The beach is super close too.

Great location to beach!

We had all the toys, beach chairs and cruising bikes for a fun beach day! The house is renovated with nice bedrooms and kitchen with all that u need. Great trip!

Christmas with family beach house

The house was great for our family getting together for Christmas. We Stayed one week and it pretty much rained everyday. That didn’t stop us from enjoying the beach house. The only thing I would add would be for the home to supply shampoo/body wash to get started with until you can shop. The grocery store is an easy short 2 blocks. We prepared many meals and also ate at local eateries.

Great Property!

Property was better than described! Close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, the beach, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every night and talking to the people walking by while we sipped cocktails. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a upscale beach vacation without paying beachfront prices.

Perfect Newport Location!

We had such an amazing stay at this condo property during our Fall Break! The condo was clean and as shown in the pictures. It fit the 8 of us perfectly--plenty of room for all! We used all 3 bedrooms, plus the pull out couch, and they were nice enough to bring us a twin rollaway bed, as well. Our favorite part was the location to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. The beach is literally a very short 2 blocks away. It is an expansive beach which is perfect for lounging in the sand, playing beach volleyball, frisbee, watching the sunset, etc. We never felt crowded at all! The bikes were used daily by the kids, who would ride up and down Balboa Island on the bike/walking path right next to the beach. It felt safe and fun, all at the same time. We walked to Pavillion's, the local grocery store (with a Starbuck's in it) each day, as well. It is only about a block away. Our favorite nighttime activity was sitting on the amazing patio with the fire pit on. We loved people-watching and chatting with the locals & neighbors. The condo is a short 10 min drive to Fashion Island for shopping/eating in Newport, as well. We said many times during our stay that we would absolutely stay at this property again, as the location was ideal! I would highly recommend this property to any family that is wanting to be close to Balboa Island, but just a little bit away from all the hustle & bustle. It was a little quieter, but still a short bike ride/walk from all the Balboa activity. Can't wait to come back to this particular condo!
