We stayed here for a moms’ getaway weekend (4 of us) and had such a wonderful time! The location couldn’t be better, the place was clean and well stocked, and the views were gorgeous. Parking was easy, and having an elevator was a huge plus since we came loaded with bags, drinks, and snacks!The only downside—and honestly the one thing that almost made me rate 4 instead of 5 stars—was the 10am checkout time. It felt really rushed on our last day and made it tricky to plan a meal before heading out of town. Most hotels and rentals we’ve all used allow until 11 or even noon, which makes for a much smoother checkout.If that ever gets adjusted, this would be absolutely perfect. Otherwise, such a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it!

Staying with my sister for a yearly visit. This unit had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Sitting out on the deck with wine and snacks and the best view. We had wonderful beach walks, little shops, food and out yearly fused glass projects at Mor Art Glass.

The property managemen/staff was non existent. 2 of the 7 days we stayed a third party company was testing Fire alarms. Found tooth picks and food left from previous renters in the sleeper couch. Paint and old carpet left in the unit. Dirty pillows and sheets stained yellow, thank goodness we brought our own. Lots of better places to stay.

King Tides

The place was very nice and cozy, but we were disappointed that the property was not ocean front. We came for the King Tides, and the property faces a bay, but not the ocean. We went to a friends for the waves, so it was okay, but I would say that is the only downfall to the place. However, we still enjoyed our stay.

Our stay

Place was nice, our neighbors downstairs banged on the roof for every little noise our kids made. Made it feel very uncomfortable to be there.

Lincoln City Stay

Location is great, bathroom was dirty with long dark hair all over. Coffee pot needs replaced. Fan in bathroom needs attention. Ants need to be treated. Even though there were ant traps there were ants all over. We had to keep everything in the fridge and oven to keep the ants out of it.

Kids love the area

We return here to Waters Edge often. The kids love to play at clamming, rock hunting, sand castles and more. We all love the beach and eating seafood of course. No trip is complete without a trip to the Oregon Coast Aquarium and/or the Marine Science Center.

Great location, but some issues

We loved staying on the bay! Tide pools galore and a quick walk to Mo's! The unit is dated, but comfortable. At check in, the key was missing and it took a few tries to reach the maintenance office. The kitchen garbage was full of trash. There wasn't enough blankets and pillows for the sofa bed.

peaceful getaway

The place was clean and very accommodating. Everything was available that we wanted and needed. We were having such a good time with our friends we did even turn the TV on. The view was wonderful. We would stay here again. It was our fiends first time in Lincoln City and they very much enjoyed the stay. And the price was so reasonable.

We absolutely loved it. It's like a little apartment with a kitchen and everything. Right next the beach. Perfect place to relax. We'll be returning soon!

Great weekend spot

Had everything you needed to enjoy a weekend away. Beautiful view and walkable to a few restaurants and shops. Would recommend!

Staying in 308 was a horrible experience.

The furniture is old and very broken in. The king bed basically dropped to the floor when you sat on it. The walls are dirty and tub was filthy. Would not stay again if it was free. Stayed in a different unit in March and it was wonderful. The price for this unit being so old and not maintained was ridiculous. Based on this stay I'm not sure I would return to any of the units at Edge Water. There should be some description that this is an old unit.

Perfect for our needs

We have stayed at this complex several times, always clean and comfortable. This unit is our favorite so far- comfortable beds and plenty of living room seating. Great location with a view of the bay.

Christmas week for J & X

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like the view. The dishwasher did not work. The hot water tap did not work and the water tasted of rust so we had to buy drinking water. We stayed because my parents paid for this time together since they were next door. When the fire alarm kept beeping someone did come right away and fix it.

Beautiful setting

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in condo #308 and it was well stocked, clean and quiet. The view was great and we really enjoyed our time there. We did have some initial difficulties getting into the room as the code they gave us in the check-in email did not have the correct code. One call took care of this though.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waters Edge#308 location was great. Unit needs many upgrades.Many outlets were not working. Deck area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. Glass enclosure dirty, cobwebs everywhere. Outside furniture had bird droppings on them. Floor of deck also.Inside was ok. No need for 3 couches. Eliminate one & more space was usable, i.e. dining space. Knives need to be updated. Ice maker in fridge not working.Overall, location to beach was great. I would give it a 2.5 out 5.Needs a good cleaning & check amenities.

We found two twin sheets but had to search every cupboard and closet to find a queen sheet. Why are there two twin sheets when the room doesn't have any twin beds? Why were the queen sheets to fit the sofa bed hidden from us?

The condo was very clean, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to cook a meal. I would definitely stay here again.
