Summary:

Need a home away from home? 204 at D Sands is perfect for a family of 6! The bedroom has 2 queen beds and the living room has a queen murphy bed, giving everyone plenty of space. A full kitchen, stocked with supplies for your convenience, and a bathtub for the kids are great for families. Enjoy a stunning ocean view from the 2nd floor balcony, or go down to the easy beach access for some fun! We give you access to the HOA's pool, Wi-Fi, and cable, but we're in the heart of Lincoln City too!



The Space:

Need a home away from home? 204 at D Sands is perfect for a family of 6! The bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living room has a queen Murphy bed, giving everyone plenty of space. A full kitchen, stocked with supplies for your convenience, and a bathtub for the kids are great for families. Enjoy a stunning ocean view from the 2nd floor balcony, or go down to the easy beach access for some fun! We give you access to the HOA's pool, Wi-Fi, and cable, but we're in the heart of Lincoln City too!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Loved how they had 6 chairs out on the patio, enough for everyone to sit out there. Had almost everything needed in the kitchen. Only thing they didn't have was a large cooking spoon. All they had was a ladle. They had plenty of spatulas and other cookware though. They could also use new cutting boards. The ones there were extremely stained and very well used. The beds were comfortable and the Murphy bed in the living room was great too!The indoor pool/jacuzzi was clean and the kids had a blast swimming. I would definitely stay there again.

Right on the beach!

We booked this last minute as our plans needed to change and we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Parking is first come first serve, but we were able to get a space. The beds were comfortable and having a balcony, that was nice to sit out on.

The location was great. The view was amazing but the condo was not very clean and pretty dated. Parking was also scarce so get there early if you want parking.

We do have a few more parking spaces than we do condos, however, in the peak summer season while many families are visiting, we face the trouble of accommodating every vehicle when guests have more than one vehicle for their reservation. We have begun to require parking registration, which will help mitigate the problem in the future, and apologize that this could not be in place during your stay with us. We appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of this condo and will happily pass the information along to the condo owners to consider updating their unit. We hope you otherwise found everything that you needed in the condo, and found our centralized location to be convenient for your vacation plans. We enjoyed our stay at this property right on the beach. The unit looked just like the photos. Had everything we needed. The balcony was great to take in the ocean views. It did get a little warm in the afternoons but we were glad to have sun. The only downside was the neighbors smoking on their balcony a few times and the pool being down for maintenance part of our stay. Plus parking is a bit tight! But the rental office was very prompt with communication for any of our questions or concerns. We would stay again!

Beach condo

Loved that it was right on the beach. Noise level could be better because we heard everything especially at night. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not very good. It was just right space for the two of us.

On the Water!

Because of the description, I was worried that it might be junky. It's not junky. It's right on the water, full kitchen, 3 double beds. It was great, we would stay there again.

The property has amazing views, friendly service and clean well supplied living space. Unfortunately the noise travels through the floors of the ups tenants are aggressive with their foot steps or energetic with their kids. All in all a nice stay, a property we would not hesitate to stay again at.

Good location

Overall this is a great location and a nice space. We were and there on a Saturday and the pool and hot tub were closed the entire day. Pool reopened around 6pm but the hot tub stayed closed. We did book this location specifically for the hot tub so we were disappointed to not have that during the trip.

Weekend get away

We had a lovely first night but the 2nd we we disrupted by someone kicking down our door pounding with full force. Our kids we scared luckily the door was tough and did not bust open. We had to contact police and they escorted us to our Csr we could not stay the whole night we were too traumatized. We contacted the manager to get a refund and it’s been 3 weeks and have still not heard back from them. I would not stay there without a weapon or taser or a husband to fight our battle. Will not be back:(

We're sorry that we didn't respond to your email right away, due to the nature of the event, we opted to wait on law enforcement to get back to us with information. We have been informed that the person was not in any way affiliated with our location, either as a guest or staff. Overall, situations like this are very rare, as our staff (some being here for 20 years), haven't heard about this happening before. While it is incredibly unfortunate that people behave like this, it truly isn't a common occurrence. We are happy to hear that about your lovely first night, which is the experience most of our guests have, We hope you were able to enjoy our amazing views, easy beach access, heated salt water pool, and centralized oceanfront location during your stay.
