Overflow parking for boat trailers and extra vehicle is available on a first come first serve bases and is not guaranteed ($10 per day).

Aqua vista visit

The resort is beautiful lots of nice amenities,the check in was simple,and we enjoyed being close to Key West,but not in Key West.Id give it a thumbs up

We love Venture Out and needed a place for our kids and friends to sleep, so we split up into two houses. The house is exactly as pictured-definitely not fancy, but it did the job. It is very small, and on two levels, so if you have tall people in your group, they need to watch the low ceilings going up the stairs. Our main complaint is the lack of washer and dryer. The rental company said they are waiting on parts, but there is a review from like 2 months ago saying it was broken, so it should be fixed by now. Thankfully we had another house to do laundry at, so we didn’t have to pay to use VO’s. Overall, this house did the job.

There are two things I require when I book a site. They are WiFi and washer and dryer. These items were both listed at the property. When I got there, there was a sign on dryer sayin out of order. This broken dryer was known before my arrival but at no point was informed that the dryer was broken. The irony of this is that VRBO has a commercial with a similar situation. VRBO notifies a family that their hot tub is broken and moves them to a new. This certainly didn’t happen in my case. So I would trust that commercial that they care about broken appliances. No offer was made to reduce the cost of my rental even though the property listing was incorrect. Had the at least contacted me I could have made plans to deal with this.
