This was such a relaxing, clean and comfortable place to stay after long days at Yosemite. The drive into the park was reasonable compared to other possible towns, and entering through the Big Oak Flat gate was much quicker. Tori was so easy to communicate with and provided enough "extra" items to make it all feel more like home. The town of Groveland also has enough good places to eat that we didn't go hungry! Definitely would recommend this place to stay!

Getaway under the stars

We stayed for Thanksgiving Day and absolutely loved the place. It had plenty of cute, cozy rooms and great bathrooms. The outdoor area was peaceful, allowing us to relax while watching the stars and trees with a cup of coffee in hand. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations were conveniently nearby. Yosemite was just a 30-minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again!e again.

Nice place to stay when visiting Yosemite.

Easy check in with a lockbox code. Extremely clean and had all the amenities. Beautiful back deck area. The house was convenient to the market, and the local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Iron Door. It is about a 30 minute drive to the Big Oak Flat Entrance to Yosemite. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!

Enjoyed!

Lovely and quiet area. Market in walking distance. Very clean. All amenities we needed. Comfortable bed, perfectly firm. Would suggest fragrance free cleaning products and laundry detergent instead of ones with fragrance. Also good to know only has a Keurig machine with coffee pods provided. We brought our own coffee but didn't have our reusable pods. We survived. :-) Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable furniture and definitely walkable to town. House is well laid out and the 4 of us especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and all the creatures that visited . All beds were very comfortable, plenty of clean towels and bath supplies including toothbrushes, just in case you forgot! Kitchen was well equipped, refrigerator was large and spotlessly clean. The cooking tools were adequate- could use a few additional pieces such as a good chopping knife, spatula, and serving utensils/ platters. The Keurig coffee machine was thoughtfully pre-stocked with a few pods but you will need to bring your own as well as sugar, pepper, any spices you might want for cooking. We brought along a French press as we prefer brewed coffee. It was 105 during our stay, but the central air and fans were a welcome relief from our outdoor activities. Hosts were lovely and very responsive to any questions or emails. Would definitely book here again!

New, clean, convenient house for a family!

Tori and Lance’s house is very clean, thoughtfully set up, and perfectly situated for a trip to the Yosemite area. It’s very close to a well stocked grocery store (well stocked for a town like Groveland, obviously not a major metropolitan area), good coffee, tour companies, etc. but because it is just a bit down a side road that is wooded and residential, the house feels like a getaway. Hosts were super responsive. Bedrooms are close enough together that you could stay there with younger kids and not be too far, but I also wouldn’t have been uncomfortable staying with another family / couple. Great laundry machines. Everything seemed pretty new. We would definitely stay here again if our dates matched up for our next trip to the area!

Comfortable, spacious clean house

We had a great stay in this comfortable, spacious clean house. Everything we needed was available. Only thing I would say is that it’s advertised as having access to the private Pine Mountain Lake community. Owner left our name with the security desk. What was not included in the description is that there is a $40 fee. It’s not a huge fee and we paid it, but we were caught off guard by it because it was not included in the rental property description. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful.

Clean, cozy, with thoughtful touches

We loved our stay at Tori's cabin! Everything in this home feels exceptionally clean, fresh and well maintained. Yet, it still has a cozy warm feel. The beds were super comfortable with high-end-feeling linens. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like tissues and bottled water next to each bed, extra toothbrushes and a firelog provided on our first night. Location wise, it feels private, with a nice yard and trees surrounding, but is a short walk away from stores and restaurants. Our only suggestion is to add Wifi, but then again, was nice to unplug while on a Yosemite trip.
