Enjoy picturesque views of the San Juan Mountains while remaining close to downtown Ouray in this delightful three-bedroom unit on our Cascade property.

This incredible tri-level condo is the perfect short-term rental for your getaway in Ouray. With one bedroom and one bathroom on each floor, your group can enjoy privacy while still spending time together. Bedrooms on the first and third floor each contain a single queen bed while the bedroom on the second floor contains two twin beds. Bathrooms on each floor are full baths, including showers. Also, the master suite (located on the third floor) includes a jetted tub so you can truly relax.

The condo’s fully-equipped kitchen includes a standard refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and flatware for 10, plus all of the basic items needed to cook meals. There is also an outdoor grill to use for cooking.

This condo also includes a gas fireplace for cozy evenings indoors and a wood deck with outdoor seating so you can enjoy the breathtaking views. Laundry can be done with the included stacked washer and dryer. Other home comforts include high-speed wireless internet and a streaming TV.

This property does NOT include AC.

A refundable damage deposit of $500 will apply on the credit card upon check-in.

Lost power, nobody available to fix it.

On the second day of our stay we lost power to the kitchen and bathroom, which included the internet. After contacting the numbers provided in a very outdated guest book fuel of inaccurate and outdated information, we were informed that they were unable to contact the true property manager and nobody had a key to our unit were the breakers were. Really put a damper on our bachelorette weekend.

Please know that as we use our reviews as a way to improve our guest services, we take them very seriously. We've investigated the breakers, and found that all have been on for the last 6 months. We investigated the book with the phone numbers, and found that only the dining information was outdated- we did not see any calls logged regarding your stay, as we would have absolutely made note of this. We apologize for the confusion during your stay, and sincerely regret how it affected your bachelorette party. We hope we have the chance to earn your business again in the future to provide the 5-star stay we know we can!

The property was nice and as expected. It worked great for our stay.Checkin was a bit confusing through Tein Peaks… they couldn’t find it until I told them it was a vrbo. Other than that all was great. Although sad to see the fire but happy it traveled away from Ouray.

Overall this Condo was good. It had good space and was located in the perfect part of town to walk anywhere. The beds were comfy and the view from the back porch were wonderful. We even say a bear walking around in the field behind the condo one morning. I would stay here again but not in the summer months. Why? No AC! I suggested that they more clearly call out no AC in this condo within the add as I did not expect that it would not have cooling. The daytime temps were on the low 80's outside so the condo was Hot. The giant windows give an amazing view of the mountains but also let in a lot of heat. The grill was extremely dirty, almost gross. It looked like a thousand steaks had been cooked on it since it was last cleaned. Also the propane was out so even after cleaning it myself, we still missed cooking on it for two meals until someone from the management company finally came and swapped it out. Contacting the host / management company was very difficult and I expressed this to them so hopefully they will remedy this situation. So many pluses and a few disappointments but overall we loved the location and the stay.
