A beautifully beachy villa only a short walk from the beach, Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park or the world famous Tiki Hut!

Like a breath of fresh air, this villa's bright and beachy design welcomes you to your vacation from the moment you step through the door. The open floor plan allows guests to spend time together on the main level while enjoying meals or relaxing in the living room. The fully updated kitchen features a bright, modern look and feel with all new appliances. Natural light pours through the balcony doors adding to the breezy ambiance.

Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom featuring a King Bed. The 2nd bedroom offers versatile accommodations including a twin over full bunk bed, as well as another twin bed. Both bedrooms feature ensuite baths. This level also features a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience as well.

Beyond the walls of the villa, only a short walk away, is Coligny Plaza where you can find a wide array of restaurants, shops and entertainment. For those guests with young kids, Celebration Park's pirate ship themed playground truly cannot be beat. And what would a vacation to Hilton Head Island be without, of course, the beach! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very clean upon arrival and well-stocked. Convenient location walking distance to the beach and Coligny plaza. We didn't use the pool area other than to wash the sand off our feet in the shower but the pool area was nice. I would recommend the unit have a pizza cutter and a small laundry basket or two.

The unit was very clean and the location was fantastic - easy walk or bike to the beach, Coligny and Celebration Park. The beach gear and bikes included were a great perk, we used them tons. It was nice to have the pool on site too. We had an issue with the air conditioning the first day and it was taken care of almost immediately by the management company. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would easily book here again.

The perfect little getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 4 with two young children and we loved everything about this place. The pool was a short walk away and the beach was a quick half mile walk. The big playground was practically in our backyard. All the shopping was super close as well. The laundry being included was also a huge plus. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Mom visit

Everything went good Great location. I was disappointed to find cat/dog hair in the (king) bedroom. Both me and my wife had allergic reactions. I’m very sensitive to pet hair and my wife experienced some facial breakouts. There was only hair in that particular room. I took pics if you need proof. Thanks for the vacuum! We were able to vacuum everything on Friday morning. Also the rug under the kitchen table was started to separate from the adhesive tape. Other than that, great location and beautiful villa.
