The kitchen and dining areas are well equipped with all necessary cookware and utensils, dishes, and silverware which includes coffee maker, keurig and toaster and of course a blender!

The PRIMARY BEDROOM has a comfortable king size bed as well as lots of storage by way of large dresser, side tables and spacious closet. A writing desk inside this bedroom provides a space to catch up on emails. A 42" smart television is featured in this room. The en-suite bathroom has a fabulous spacious walk in shower with both hand-held and rain-head shower head from the ceiling and a large vanity.

The GUEST BEDROOM offers two comfortable queen size beds. A 42" smart TV is featured in this bedroom. Large dresser and closet for ample storage. The spacious guest bathroom is directly across the hall. It features a bathtub/shower with handheld and shower head.

The linen closet in the hallway provides lots of storage space as well as beach towels and an iron! Ironing board in primary closet.

The private patio features a dining table and chairs with seating for six and an umbrella and a lounge chair for you to enjoy and relax. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden area while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

This condo has dedicated high-speed Internet with its own private secure Wi-Fi. This unit is equipped with the convenience of a washer/dryer and a drying rack stored in the primary bedroom closet.

We provide all the amenities to enhance your beach vacation: beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach wagon and cooler! Don't want to go to the beach? Enjoy a swim in one of the three fresh water, heated pools on the grounds. There are two BBQ grills on site you are welcome to use; brand new BBQ grill by the office and the other is located by the beach. There are two shuffleboard courts near the office for your enjoyment.

Beautifully designed public tennis courts are a short walk from Jamaica Royale and you can find tennis racquets in the linen closet if you are inclined to play! Siesta Key Village is 1.3 miles from the condo where you can enjoy many wonderful restaurants.

On arrival In the unit, a supply of the following Items are available to make your stay more comfortable.
Paper towels, napkins, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher and laundry pods, garbage bags and cleaning supplies and hand soap and bath soap!

This unit is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING both inside and on the outside patio area. Please refrain from smoking outside on the patio or near the front door.
