Unlike many rental properties on Siesta Key, Unit #100 was recently renovated. This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath tropical garden unit located in the quiet area of Jamaica Royale Condominiums with a private patio area. Aside from the updated interior, this development is located on a private lane that leads directly to the beach… no through traffic and no streets to cross ~ just stroll to the famed white sands of Siesta Key Beach. Additionally, there is assigned covered parking directly outside the door in the carport... no elevators, no long walks from your vehicle to load/unload, no searching for a space on the other side of the complex. Simple and convenient parking is included with this rental free of charge.

Jamaica Royale is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico along the white sands of world-famous Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, Florida. A barrier island on Florida’s West coast, considered the most beautiful of Florida’s barrier islands, Siesta Key’s beach boasts “the world’s finest and whitest sand”. Siesta Key's beach was voted #1 in the United States 2017 again by TripAdvisor; it is also the #5 beach in the entire world!
This condominium features:
Kitchen: A completely remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops. It contains all the amenities of home, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and blender ~ to name a few. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen with seating for four. There is additional seating for dining on the private patio with seating for four, as well.
Family Room: The family room boasts a 50" Hi-Def flat-screen TV, a DVR, and a DVD/Blu-Ray player.
Master Bedroom and Bathroom: The master bedroom en suite has a lush king size, pillow-top bed and a 43" flat screen TV. There is a desk in this bedroom you may utilize for your laptop and/or vanity table! Blackout curtains in this bedroom allow you to sleep in during your vacation. The master bathroom has a traditional tub/shower.
Guest Bedroom and Bathroom: The guest room has two queen-size, pillow top beds and it's own 43" flat screen TV. Blackout curtains are also installed in this bedroom. The full guest bathroom is directly across the hall and has a walk-in shower.
Laundry Capability: For your convenience, this unit has it's own washer/dryer! There is also a laundry facility on site.
Internet: This condo has dedicated high-speed FIOS Internet with its own private, secure WI-Fi router. The 50" TV in the living room has FIOS hi-definition service and a DVR, a Blu-ray player that will play both CDs and Blu-ray disks.
Telephone: We offer a dedicated landline telephone with free calling capability to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Private Patio: On the patio, there is a dining set for you to enjoy our beautiful Florida weather. A 9' umbrella is installed with the dining table so you can enjoy the shade. It is not necessary to cross the main road to reach Siesta Key Beach, which is especially important when you have children! In addition, the quiet location enables you to sleep soundly because the noise from the pool area is inaudible from this unit.
Carport: No need to worry about elevators or carrying items a long distance into this condominium! Assigned parking in the carport directly outside the front door gives you the ability to walk directly into the unit. The covered parking also keeps your car protected from the Florida sun and keeps you dry during a summer rain.
For additional security, we installed a digital deadbolt lock. Each time a guest leaves, the code is deleted and a new one is created. No keys to pass around among your group; no keys to carry to the beach and worry about losing.
Our development has a private beach area for the exclusive use of our guests. Beach chairs are provided on this beautiful white sand! We also provide the following for our guests to use for your convenience: beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, a beach buggy to transport your items, and beach toys. The only thing you need to pack is your bathing suit and sunscreen.
Our development has THREE heated, fresh water pools for you to choose from if you don't want to take advantage of the spectacular beach. There are two BBQ areas you are welcome to use, as well. Grill your meal beach-side, then enjoy it under one of the tiki huts while enjoying a sunset on the beach. There is a second grill near the shuffleboard courts and the pool closest to the front office.
The tennis courts and a large playground are right around the corner at Siesta Key Public Beach. We are less than 1/2 mile from this area where many volleyball tournaments and swimming competitions take place. Remember, Siesta Key Beach is rated as one of the top 10 beaches in the world!
The minimum reservation days is 7 consecutive days per association requirements. If you see an opportunity to rent to fill in an open period of time that is less than 7 days, please contact me. I can help facilitate that reservation.

I grew up in upstate New York near Rochester. My family and I moved to Sarasota in 2000 after living in various parts of Florida the past 20 years. One of the draws to Sarasota County was the Gulf of Mexico and the friendly locals. We have raised our two children here and enjoyed the beautiful environment that this area has provided for us. Our goal is to keep this condominium in our family and hand it down to our children. Future generations of our family will care for it and enjoy it long after we're gone.

Why Rene chose Siesta Key
My husband and I have looked for a Siesta Key property for years. Being conservative investors, we wanted to buy something we could update and put our mark on. This unit gave us the perfect opportunity. The location of this development North of the Intracoastal Bridge and within walking distance of the public Siesta Key Beach was ideal. This development is very close to Siesta Key Village, as well. The atmosphere of the village is very welcoming and safe. It's a little town on this little island with quaint restaurants and shops. It offers a relaxing atmosphere for out of town guests and those of us who live here in Sarasota.
What makes this Condo unique
We chose this property because the development had many amenities that families enjoy: not just one pool but three pools; beautiful tropical landscaping; a private beach area that isn't crowded all the time... We were tired of trying to park at the Siesta Key Public Beach and then carrying all of our beach equipment with small children. Now, we have this property to enjoy for many years to come.

We didn't want to leave!
This condo is beautiful and completely updated. We are a family of 5 and fit comfortably. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you. Included beach chairs, beach and pool toys, coolers, beach towels, kitchen stuff and even a beach cart to help you carry items to beach which is a short walk. The condo is super clean! The complex has 3 pools! There is also a coded bathroom near the pool by the beach for condo only guests. We get to park right next to our condo door which makes packing and unpacking super easy. Rene is a great host who adds personal touches to make your stay that much better. We hope to be able to stay here in future!!! Siesta Key is beautiful and you are right on beach and super close to shops and restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, a $350 Advance Reservation Deposit converts to a Security Deposit. These funds may be applied to Renter’s damage (if any) to the Condo and its contents or other Renter’s breach of this Agreement. We will return any unused portion of the security deposit within 30 days of departure. Please note that any damage expenses exceeding the security deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. FINAL PAYMENT: Twenty-five percent (25%) of the the total rental fee is due upon booking this condominium, this figure includes the $350 Advance Reservation Deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. The total charges and security deposit must be paid and cleared prior to you receiving your door entry code to your reserved condominium. Trip Insurance is optional, but it is highly recommended. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: A reservation must be cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival date. Upon cancellation of 61 days or more, a full refund to the Renter will be issued. If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival, all monies received by the owner will be retained. Refunds of the Advance Reservation Deposit and/or Total Charges will not be given for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions. In the event of a hurricane, refunds will be made only in the event of a mandatory evacuation by governmental authorities. Refunds will be granted for the period of the issuance of the mandatory evacuation. Check-in/Check-out Information: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival – Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the last day of the reservation. Please notify the owner if arriving between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
