Discover this superb 3-bedroom gem in Cooperstown. This excellent house features 2 queen beds, 2 Twin Beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, and washer and dryer. Enjoy WiFi, AC, and heating during your stay. Fall in love with Cooperstown and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Located 2.9 Miles from Dreams Park, allowing you to enjoy the day at the fields with a short ride back to relax, laugh and converse of the baseball highlights.

Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.

Other things to note

You will have access to the entire house and driveway, except the basement .

Being set in rural Upstate NY nature is right on our doorstep, with all manner of wildlife (large and small) who happen by. While close encounters are rare, occasionally some may even decide you are worth seeing up close. So be mindful of this when booking.

Our water comes from a well and contains minerals including sulfur, which sometimes can have a slight smell, this is perfectly normal and safe to drink, however you may prefer the taste of bottled water.

We have an exterior camera on the outside of the house for security purposes .

Access details including key pad codes will be provided the morning of check-in. We do not provide these ahead of time for security reasons. We do not offer early check-ins for summer stays corresponding with the baseball tournament schedule. This is due to same-day turnovers and time needed to clean & reset the home.

During the 2026/2027 Cooperstown Baseball Tournament Seasons, we follow the Dreams Park Baseball Tournament Schedule when it comes to renting.

Overall great experience. Had a few small bumps, like a storm dropping a huge tree across the road, but Jim jumped on it and got people out there to take care of it right away. Would definitely come back.
