Tldr - I've stayed in a lot of places in Santa Barbara. Prices can be very high across the city. We paid a very high rate for the space we received. It did not offer a lot of value - the location was the main plus for this property.We visited when Santa Barbara was very humid and hot. The space was supposed to have a fan but it did not and we had to follow up multiple times to receive one (didn't get it until the final day of our stay). The only way to slightly cool down the space was to leave the windows and blinds open with zero privacy as all windows faced streets with foot and car traffic. Host was communicative but did not follow through without multiple prompting. I would not stay here again.

Location is everything. Easy walking distance to restaurants, the harbor and the beach/pier. Happily the neighborhood is relatively quiet considering all of the multi unit buildings in the area.This unit is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. Roomy enough for space, but still very cozy.Kitchen is well stocked and the patio has a nice propane grill.The bathroom is a bit awkward with a large jetted tub taking up space. The water pressure is great in the two shower head shower, but the mixer is set too high and the water was very hot (even at the lowest setting.The bed was comfortable. I would like to suggest blackout blinds in there though. Overall, we had a great stay with the two of us and our labrador. The area is VERY dog friendly.

Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Lots of little touches and thoughtful amenities. Check-in was easy, host was responsive and friendly, no giant list of chores to do on check-out.

Our stay was wonderful!! Our host was a great communicator, easy to reach, and so helpful too - we had a small issue with getting in initially, but she had an easy solution and took care of everything promptly and effectively. Aside from that small hiccup, everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I and our small dog had an absolutely fantastic stay - the place was clean and beautiful, with a great private patio area and lots of sunlight - and the jacuzzi soaker tub was THE BEST!! Would definitely love to stay here again in the future, and would 100% recommend it to others!

Enjoyable stay

The condo is an ideal property to stay. It’s location is in walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants…yet quaint and the patio offered an ideal spot to kick back after a day of fun!
