We stayed here two weeks and were very pleased. Excellent location in a lively area close to many major sites, bus lines, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable; good shower, nice bed, etc. You have to be ready to walk up the stairs, but we (65) didn’t find them to be a problem. Gabriele greeted us warmly and was very helpful; he also provided excellent restaurant recommendations in the area. Highly recommended.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect spot, and a host who was SOOOOOO helpful. This is a BIG space and the beds are WONDERFUL!! If I am lucky enough to come back to Rome, this is the only place I will stay! The perfect place to end our trip to Italy!

The apartment was nice and in a great location. We could walk to breakfast and many outdoor dinner locations including the market. We could hear the people at night and smell the yummy foods, all part of the charming experience. We loved the open-air space. Beds were large and comfortable.

Check in process was very easy and host was super helpful. The location was convenient to many sights and restaurants. Host gave us many great tips for eating and sightseeing. Beds were comfortable and ac worked very well. Constructive criticism: The apartment could provide paper towels for the kitchen and couch slip cover was dirty/stained. Common area at ground floor was very dark, dirty and dingy. Some easy fixes.

Brilliant central location! Within walking distance of colosseum, pantheon, trevi and the Vatican! Located just off of a lovely little square with lots of bars/restaurants and a market which was on every day. If we visit Rome again we will definitely be back here! House was much more spacious than expected and communication with host was great- they had us plenty of bar/restaurant recommendations and how close they were which was great.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, with great amenities that added to the overall experience of the stay. This was the perfect location for exploring. Easy to walk to main attractions. Easy taxi to train station. Right in the heart of activity. The street below was fun and a little rowdy (in a good way) but the windows dampened the street noises very well. We really appreciated the little extra given by the host. Great communication. He went out of his way to offer suggestions for restaurants and even helped me get a document printed that I needed. We felt very taken care of. The main bathroom was newly remodeled and the shower had very good water pressure. Never had an issue with hot water. The house was very cute. An abundance of charm! The building felt very quiet and safe. I would book again for future visits!

This was an amazing place to stay for our trip to Rome. There were 2 adults and 2 children age 8 and 10. The location was perfect, close to everything for walking. Even though Campo di Fiori was very lively, the soundproofing on the windows blocked everything so sleeping was no problem! The apartment had everything we needed. Check in was a piece of cake! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!

There were several restaurants and cafes close by right on Campo de' Fiori.It is also a couple of blocks away from Largo Argentina which is a major transportation hub.Gabriele was a wonderful host. He met us at the apartment the day that we arrived and was very helpful making wonderful recommendations.

The apartment was perfect. It's right in the heart of the City so most everything is within walkung distance. Our host was great, taking the time to show us where to find things and making some good restaurant recommendations. Just be forewarned that there is no elevator so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs, but our host was also helpful with this.

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable.

Great host, wonderful communication. Very enjoyable stay, know the second bathroom is outside on the terrace and the stairs up are numerous and could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. The square is a great place to relax at night following a long day. Very close to all attractions.

Great stay in Rome

Apartment centrally located, major areas of interest are in easy walking distance, it is clean, spacious and well isolated from the outdoor noise. Host Gabriele very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we would surely reconsider it again if we would ever go back to Rome !
