Great location - AC was great for our August stay - nice room place with plenty of character......did I mention the location!? Very quiet despite being a stone's throw from Campo de Fiori.

Excellent location and spacious apartment. Gabriele was a great host very good communication and helpful tips for the area. Also arranged for our transport from the airport for extra fee but worth the peace of mind having not been to Rome before. The stairs are no joke and even without bags a tough climb. Overall would stay again!

The place was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. The owner was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with arranging shuttles when needed. The location was perfect—we were able to walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go.The kitchen could use a few more items, such as spatulas, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Just be aware that the stairs leading up to the door are quite a climb, and you’ll need to carry your luggage up them.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book this place again if we find ourselves back in Rome!

A wonderful apartment in a perfect spot, and a host who was SOOOOOO helpful. This is a BIG space and the beds are WONDERFUL!! If I am lucky enough to come back to Rome, this is the only place I will stay! The perfect place to end our trip to Italy!

The apartment was nice and in a great location. We could walk to breakfast and many outdoor dinner locations including the market. We could hear the people at night and smell the yummy foods, all part of the charming experience. We loved the open-air space. Beds were large and comfortable.

We stayed here two weeks and were very pleased. Excellent location in a lively area close to many major sites, bus lines, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable; good shower, nice bed, etc. You have to be ready to walk up the stairs, but we (65) didn’t find them to be a problem. Gabriele greeted us warmly and was very helpful; he also provided excellent restaurant recommendations in the area. Highly recommended.

Brilliant central location! Within walking distance of colosseum, pantheon, trevi and the Vatican! Located just off of a lovely little square with lots of bars/restaurants and a market which was on every day. If we visit Rome again we will definitely be back here! House was much more spacious than expected and communication with host was great- they had us plenty of bar/restaurant recommendations and how close they were which was great.

Our first time in Rome and we enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family of five, rooms were huge, beds comfortable, loved having a washing machine and the location was great! AC worked well in the July heat. Garbriele was an excellent host, helped us get checked in and had loads of recommendations. Like others mentioned be prepared for lots of uneven steps up to the apartment. The place was clean however it is very old so I understand when someone said the floors seem dingy. I got the same feeling in the kitchen, but we never used it. Just some minor updates like having a place to put your things in the shower or ledge for toiletries, more hooks would be helpful. There are some quirks to this place but overall we had a wonderful experience.

Check in process was very easy and host was super helpful. The location was convenient to many sights and restaurants. Host gave us many great tips for eating and sightseeing. Beds were comfortable and ac worked very well. Constructive criticism: The apartment could provide paper towels for the kitchen and couch slip cover was dirty/stained. Common area at ground floor was very dark, dirty and dingy. Some easy fixes.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, with great amenities that added to the overall experience of the stay. The host was also great, easy to communicate with, and very responsive throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was an amazing place to stay for our trip to Rome. There were 2 adults and 2 children age 8 and 10. The location was perfect, close to everything for walking. Even though Campo di Fiori was very lively, the soundproofing on the windows blocked everything so sleeping was no problem! The apartment had everything we needed. Check in was a piece of cake! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable.

Great host, wonderful communication. Very enjoyable stay, know the second bathroom is outside on the terrace and the stairs up are numerous and could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. The square is a great place to relax at night following a long day. Very close to all attractions.
