Louer pour moins qu'un hôtel !! Ce trois chambres, deux salles de bain condo est situ�� au milieu de tout! Traversez la rue et vous vous retrouvez sur le sable de Tamarindo Beach. Entendez les vagues se briser depuis votre balcon privé! Luxe et commodité décrivent ce magnifique condo situ�� dans la communauté ferm��e de Sunrise. C'est le meilleur emplacement �� Tamarindo et vous êtes à une distance de marche des restaurants, des magasins, des services médicaux et plus, une voiture n'est donc pas nécessaire!

Ce condo exclusif 1600 SF est joliment meublé (récemment rénov���) et dispose d'un lit king-size dans le maître avec salle de bain privée. Il y a aussi deux lits jumeaux dans la 2ème chambre et un lit queen dans la troisième chambre. Cette maison peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. La grande cuisine gastronomique est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles, comptoirs en granit, armoires en bois, appareils ��lectroménagers en acier inoxydable et laveuse / sécheuse. Wi-Fi gratuit, appels locaux, télévision par câble et sécurit�� 24h / 24 incluse dans le tarif. Service de ménage quotidien disponible moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Tous les draps sont fournis. Grand téléviseur dans le salon et les deux chambres. Climatisation centrale et ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres. Grande piscine de style complexe avec cascade et beaucoup d’espace pour se détendre.

Awesome condo, super clean. Absolutely loved the ground floor easy access to the pool and was in a great location for town and beach. Would definitely stay again.

Father/Som Surf Trip

We had a great time staying here for our father/son surf trip. Four adults were very comfortable and enjoyed the condo. Great access to the pool deck from our porch and great access to Tamarindo. Highly recommend!

Great place for us and our three teenage boys

This was perfectly located off the pool, so our 3 boys were able to enjoy the beautiful pool. It was so convenient to town - we didn’t need to drive anywhere. We had everything we needed and the unit was very clean.

Excellent location!

We had a nice stay! Our property manager was very responsive, and overall we enjoyed staying at this condo. He even helped us set up a couple a fun activities, We loved being very close to the beach! We walked everywhere. The condo was comfortable for 6 adults. We also enjoyed the pool very much.

Happy Family

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo for 12 days. We were thrilled! It was clean, comfortable and had a great location. We have told so many of our friends how nice it was and how much fun we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo and location!

Condo is close to beach and town with great pool. Lots of families. And the property management team was great with communication and transportation assistance. They even dropped off a replacement coffee maker on Christmas!

Heart of Tamarindo

This condo was fabulous - the size, the cleanliness and especially the location! The condo is well equipped with everything you can imagine, from the kitchen to toiletries to the outdoor patio and beach accessories. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants can’t be beat. The pool area is wonderful and offers respite from the beach. This property is top notch and is worth every penny!

Excellent Location

Perfect location. Walk out the front door there is shopping and the beach right across the street. Out the back door, you’re 10 steps from the pool. The house is well stocked with all the needs. Grab the provided beach chairs, sunscreen and go.

Great Vacation Rental

Perfect accommodations, great first floor location with a covered patio adjacent to the pool. The beach chairs available to use were appreciated. The condo is within quick walking distance to everything in town and the beach is across the street. Good beginner surf spot with rental boards across the street and about a 20 min drive to a few better surf spots. Allan and Andres at Blue Water Properties were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the trip.

Amazing stay!

Amazing stay! We loved our time at this condo! We have been to Tamarindo several times and have stayed at a couple different hotels but with six of us we thought it would be easier to get a condo. It was a phenomenal location and the unit was very clean and perfectly appointed. We love that the pool was so close and it was nice to have that as a location instead of the hot beach in the middle of the day! The chairs and towels to take to the beach for a great touch! Thank you for being an amazing host!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed here a week in June 2023. Fantastic location. Well stocked. Walking distance to most everything in Tamarindo. Love the patio right by the pool. Very comfortable condo. Plus was a small grocery store very close and could prepare some meals at home. Traveled with spouse and three teenagers (19, 18, 15). Wifi was great.

Excellent all around

Location was fantastic! Walking distance to every thing! Pool was very nice and clean. Kitchen well supplied with utensils/pots. Beds were decent, bedding wasn’t to our preferences (pillows very large and no variation in the different rooms)- however we would absolutely return to the same condo!

Spectacular condo!

We didn’t need anything but groceries! Very spacious and clean. Security was wonderful! Great location, walk right out front door across street is beach ! Place is well equipped, gas grill, seating for 8 and lovely pool. Highly recommend this condo. Note to Andrés : mucho gusto! You rock!

Great rental!

Overall the rental was great. The pool was a few steps, the beach was across the street, and close to shopping, restaurants and bars. The property is well managed. A few items needed updating i.e. the bathrooms were updated as well as the kitchen faucet, and perhaps a new coat of paint. Sand mites everywhere but I guess that’s normal for a beach rental(?)

The Pura Vida Life

We really enjoyed this property. My husband and our son went surfing in Tamarindo. The location of this property was very convenient since it's a short walk to the beach. The only negative thing is that it is the first condominium at the pool entrance. My tanning lotion went missing the day before we left. Great Condo, Perfect Location

Had a lovely stay and the condo had everything we needed. Being on the ground floor made it seem like the pool area was an extension of the patio which we loved. And this condo is literally the closest one to the central street which made it so easy to walk to everything. The only issue we had was that the internet in our building went out multiple times though other residents mentioned that it was a rare occurrence. This wasn’t a huge deal breaker for us seeing as we were okay being more unplugged for vacation and we are used to spotty internet in CR. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Perfect for family, steps from the surf

We stayed a week with my family; myself, my husband and our son (16) and daughter (13). Both kids enjoyed having their own room and bathroom to share. This unit is ideal for being so close to the pool, which our kids loved. We were just a quick walk across the street to the beach for walks and sunset viewing. The air conditioning was so great, ceiling fans everywhere to help. Wifi was fast and effective. The security was attentive and greeted us every day, we felt safe and looked after by the staff. There is a market just around the corner, and many many restaurants within walking distance. The condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen items and we even did some laundry. There were 3 beach chairs on the patio that we really appreciated too! This condo was a great find for my family's week in Tamarindo.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Tamarindo

We loved our stay at Sunrise Condos. The condo was clean and as pictured. It has a well stocked kitchen and large dinning table that allowed us to fix/have breakfasts and lunches and even grill up some swordfish one evening. The washer and dryer was super helpful. The beds were comfortable and the couch in the front room was awesome for screencasting a movie. A/C worked great! Having beach towels and beach chairs was a huge bonus. The grounds and swimming pool were well kept and secure. Easy check-in/out process and I liked not having to carry around a door key due to the keypad lock. Super close to the beach (like a minute walk) and a small grocery store. Shops and restaurants all just a few steps away. Even though your right in the middle of all the action this was still a quiet place to stay.
