You literally will not find a property more amazing than this one. Don’t look elsewhere. Between the perfect amenities in the home, and the wonderful view, you will never find anything better.

Property is set up for family and large groups who want a private setting close to all the features that make Ft. Bragg a beloved beach vacation spot. House may not be for those who want modern, new, fixtures with a view, but those who appreciate a fun, old house that offers lots of space, plenty of room to play and enjoy the outdoors, this may suit your needs. Having only one shower with two baths can be logistically challenging, but some flexibility can solve this. Loved the fire pit outside, large meadow, and separate rooms that can be configured for large groups. Had kids from 16 to 4. All had fun with running around to playing ping pong. This is a unique property that is so hard to find, and the host was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Wonderful home with an even better yard! Gave the 2 year old plenty of room to run and explore. Fantastically appointed kitchen. Even allowed us to do waffles instead of pancakes! Pictures do not do the home justice! Would stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful time staying at Whispering Ferns. The location felt so remote and quiet but was really close to the town and beaches. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the games and puzzles they had to offer. The host was very responsive and very helpful!

What a fantastic little gym nestled right in between Mendocino and Fort Bragg fully stocked, the attention to detail is amazing. The lights are stunning. The craftsmanship Is awesome from heated bathroom floors, Beautiful doors. Stained glass and all the little intricacies are a joy. Communication with Amber the host was the best We've ever had. Highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week with several families. The house is spacious and accommodated our group of nine very comfortably. In fact, it felt even larger then the pictures. There are so many windows that let in a ton of light and give great views of the beautiful surroundings. The location is just a short distance from Mendocino and Fort Bragg. The beaches are amazing and there are so many hiking trails close by. We loved our stay!

The property owner was a pleasure to work with and the house sits on an outcropping over the northern tip of Ten Mile Beach. We have stayed in the Mendocino/Fort Bragg area for decades but never, NEVER did we stay on a property we didn't want to leave due to it's unparalleled beauty! A lovely, well kept property that made the stay with multiple guests very comfortable and relaxing. Couldn't recommend a property more. A sparkling jewel of the Northern California coast!
