Näkymät Caspar Anchorage ja Mighty Tyynellämerellä, vain minuuttia pohjoiseen viehättävä ja historiallinen kaupunki Mendocino, istuu 4 makuuhuonetta, 3. 5 kylpy, 3400 SF kotiin, me hellästi soittaa Sea Ghost. Ja mitä täydellinen paikka myös, Venäjän Gulch State Park ja Point Cabrillo Lighthouse State Park on kävelymatkan päässä ja vielä on enemmän, niin paljon enemmän!

Kotimme on vain muutaman metrin päässä reunasta edellä suojattu poukama jossa virkistys ja rauha, surffailla ja tuuli tekevät siellä herkät liikkeet sieluusi. Olipa katsomassa vaeltavat valaat frolicking pyöriäinen, tiivisteet kelluu vedessä alla, tai Pelicans muodostelmassa luiston tuumaa vedenpinnan yläpuolelle, Sea Ghost on paikka tehdä muistoja tulevina vuosina. Ja Osprey voi vakavasti kalastaa myös!

Kotimme on tilava, mukava ja täydellinen kuormien ikkunat koko, joka tarjoaa henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ja runsaasti luonnonvaloa viihdyttää ja rentoutua. Meillä on perhehuone, jossa biljardipöytä, ja suuri taulu-tv, jossa on Wi-Fi, kaapeli, DVD & streaming elokuvia ja TV-ohjelmia. Lisäksi on erillinen oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, 2 kaasu tulisijoja ilmapiiri ja tunnelma, ulkokylpylästä ja mahtava "Cookin" keittiö, odottamassa LATTES aamulla tai viiniä kaataa myöhään iltapäivällä ... kyllä, ehkä jopa runsas gourmet aterian, kaikki jotta palata vuosi toisensa jälkeen!

Kotimme on Pet vapaa, savuton ja puhdistettava välillä vieras pysyy. Tarjoamme alennuksia pidempään oleskeluun, jossa aikainen sisäänkirjautuminen ja myöhäinen uloskirjautuminen OK riippuvainen vieras aikataulutus.

So close to the sea

We spent several days at Sea Ghost and it is AMAZING!!!Such a beautiful house in a spectacular spot. Did a daily short walk down to the rocks below to watch the seals and their babies. Wonderful house to spread out in and do some incredible hikes with our family.

Fantastic views

Beautiful quiet location in our favorite neighborhood. Easy to check in. Great kitchen and dining areas. Plenty of tables for games, meals, etc. it was fun to have a pool table. The house had gas stoves which made it cozy as well as central heating which worked well.

Lovely Home With Beautiful Views

This well maintained home is perched on the edge of a bay with great views of the ocean beyond. The spacious kitchen and large dining room accommodated our family very easily. We enjoyed the amenities offered such as the hot tub, pool table and a spacious yard. Located equidistant between Ft Bragg and Mendocino it provides easy access to the many activities of the area.

2024 See ghost vacation

This was our third year staying at the sea ghost and as usual we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed making it our home for five days and four nights. Home is always immaculate and beautiful and we are coming back again next year. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place with all of us.

Family Vacation

It was a lovely home, very spacious and comfortable for 8 people. We all enjoyed our stay. The house never felt crowded, and the view was wonderful. We did think that for the price, approximately $200/bedroom/night, that there should have been adequate toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. We ran out of all three. Maybe you should warn your clients to bring there own!!

Beautiful home

We spent 6 nights relaxing in this gorgeous home on the coast. Your views are stunning! The beach down the street is like a private beach for the neighborhood, hardly anyone there! The kitchen was well stocked and the home offered very comfortable seating in every room. The beds get a thumbs up for comfort by everyone in our family. The area is very peaceful with the sound of the ocean, lots of bird life, the plant life around the home is absolutely beautiful and the deer all around the area. We made use of the amenities included with this home, which was the pool table and hot tub. The hot tub was clean and at the perfect temperature for use. The house was very clean, which is a must for me! The home offers 1 TV in the family room where the pool table is. This home is not meant for laying in bed watching TV, although a second TV would have be nice for the teens to watch their own choice. I highly recommended this home. The owner is quick to respond and the home is priced nicely for all that is offered. The layout of the home is great! Your definitely not tripping over one another and can enjoy separate conversations. It’s a massive house with intended social areas. My daughter and I loved the gaming/ puzzle table where we spent all week conquering a massive bird puzzle!

Would go back in a heartbeat!

The property was magnificent! The VIEW, garden & hot tub was perfect. We do a friend getaway to Mendocino each year and have stayed at many homes in the area…this one was one of the best stays for us. It was so spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated all of the kitchen items that they had. Plenty of things to make cooking easy. Pantry had tons of extra things from spices to oils which we really thought was helpful. Also the pool table and sauna was awesome. As I write this I’m wishing I was back there now.

I highly recommend this home.

The home was bright, clean, and in a fantastic location. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 teens. We were pleasantly surprised by the well appointed kitchen. It was obvious that the owners spent a lot of time making the house both functional and comfortable for their guests.

Extended Weekend Retreat

Stunning views; a well appointed kitchen and all the other amenities a group needs to enjoy the experience without even leaving the grounds. The home, in combination with the surrounding and easy access to kayaking, fishing, hiking g and swimming make it optimal on all levels!

Enjoyable Property & Area

We are 3 retired siblings, along with our spouses, and this property more than met our needs. It was clean with great views of the ocean. We liked its' location being between Mendocino and Fort Bragg for close by activities and restaurants. The property manager, Ian, was responsive in communicating with us. We also enjoyed seeing the many deer in the neighborhood.

Enjoyable weekend

This was a wonderful property to stay at for a short wedding weekend. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with more space than we anticipated. We had a busy weekend so didn't use all the amenities provided but I can't think of anything that was missing from kitchenware to entertainment. I would absolutely recommend the place and the owner was very accommodating when some minor booking challenges arose. Great place to rest and relax.

Great view and space!

This was a lovely place for a family gathering, with a view of the inlet and ocean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there were lots of different spaces for us to hang out, with multiple tables for games and eating, pool table, and outdoor hot tub!

Perfect Getaway

Communication: Ian (property owner) was very flexible, engaging and responsive throughout the whole rental process. Accommodations: The house was stunning. It’s even better than the pictures in my opinion. When we walked in and saw the view it was jaw dropping (and we live on the coast so…that’s saying something). It was very clean and comfortable. Location: remote enough to feel tranquil but still close to both Mendocino and Fort Bragg (right in between). It was about an 8 minute (easy) drive from house to downtown Mendocino. Other: FULLY stocked house. I brought a large container of things from home to decorate the dining room table for my Mom’s 70th Birthday celebration. However, I really didn’t need to because they have everything! Placemats, nice dishes, pretty goblets, matching silverware, candles. They have a huge pantry, tons of cabinets filled with all the utensils, pans, Pyrex, mixing bowls etc. They have books, games, sonos speakers to play your music, binoculars, a pool table…they just have everything. We used the hot tub even though it was dreary outside and it was lovely. Beach towels were ready for us in the house by the door to hot tub. So nice. We didn’t get to use the sauna (too busy) but it looked great. The house was a little above my initial desired price range because there were only 4 of us but it was WORTH IT and it was for a special occasion. Honestly, I would do it again for a regular getaway…it was just so pretty. Can’t say enough - I hope to be able to visit again someday.

60th birthday gathering

We had a great stay at this beautiful property called the Sea Ghost. Wonderful location near the towns of Mendocino and Fort Bragg. The house was comfortable with awesome views, a hot tub and sauna! Great amenities-stocked with all your needs-especially the kitchen! The beds were comfy. Would love to rent this property again! Loved walking around the nearby trails and the beach cove. Found some treasures beach combing for sea glass!
