House is adorable however it does need work…outside not in the best shape…needs fresh coat of paint everywhere…windows need cleaning inside and out. Cabinets and drawers need cleaning inside. Shower in main bedroom is cracking. Decorations and linens were very nice.

We made a quick road trip from Dallas to Galveston for spring break and Jeanna & her beach-side bungalow made our trip! We had a 11mo old and 2.5yr old and the set up was great. Both kids are used to stairs, so they were no issue. In the mornings, we took our stroller on a walk to the strand, the sea wall, and sunflower cafe. In the afternoons, we walked to the trolly stop near by to take it to pleasure pier. We would come home for nap time and us parents would hang out downstairs and on the patio. Evenings were great thanks to the location. We walked to the Galvez for cocktails, drove to fisherman’s wharf for dinner. Etc. all in all, the convenience of not being in a hotel room with a parking spot and private entrance/exit made our trip! We look forward to returning.

Place was just as described. Very close to Strand and lots of great places to eat/visit. Host was very accommodating as we had to change our dates at the last minute. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location, awesome host that thought of everything. Many amenities provided and a great outside closed in place for our dogs. Very welcoming to all of us.

This house was darling! It is so well designed. Curtains actually made bedrooms dark at night, flip up shades in living room helped it to be light and airy. There was plenty of coffee, toilet paper, and bags for trash. The beds were extremely comfortable. We did not bring pets this time, as other places have not been well set up for that. We would feel truly comfortable bringing pets next time—safe and secure. This is probably our best rental experience.

We stayed for 4 nights, the location was perfect! Bring your bikes if you can. The owner was very responsive, and the property is super clean and cute. Bonus: It's dog friendly! In fact, the entire area is dog friendly which was an added treat. I would definitely book here again.

Nicely decorated condo. Great view of the ocean pictures don’t do it justice. Great place, just down from all the action so it’s relaxing and when you want entertainment it’s a short drive down the road. Owner was quick to answer any questions and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well.
