Ana is an exceptional host with a beautiful property. Aquatika resort is a gated condominium complex with beautiful grounds. It is well maintained, clean, and the staff and other guests/owners were very kind. The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, an outdoor porch, and a laundry area. Our initial reaction to walking through the door was "wow" and my fiance and our friend were blown away with the amenities, presentation and cleanliness of the apartment. The space was perfect for 3 adults but would be a great place to entertain children as well. Definitely a family friendly space and resort. This is the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The location warrants a car for transportation as there is not much to do walking distance, however, there is one convenience store and a handful of restaurants.

Property is well maintained. Really close to the Airport. Place is small (studio) but cozy. Host was amazing and always responds timely. Definitely recommend.

Our stay in the home went well. There was an unexpected problem with the plumbing but the owners responded right away (their plumber was a great guy). The neighborhood is nice, with good coffee and ice cream shops walkable distances away. There was loud music in the evening but not late into the night. The house is so stocked as listed. I strongly recommend frequent use of the outdoor shower.

This place was amazing and the owner was always a call away no matter the time . I am definitely looking forward to renting this beautiful home 🏡 again

My two sisters and I had such a wonderful time! Mike and Jennifer were excellent hosts- they were very communicative, offered great suggestions. Building is quiet and safe (no loud parties or random people in and out). The condo is gorgeous- giant windows with full views of the water for gorgeous sunrises and lots of natural light. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable. The swinging chair in front of the windows was a favorite zen spot! Everything in the condo was as advertised- all appliances worked, kitchen had plenty of dishes and plates, coffee filters, etc. After a short walk to the local wine shop (shout out to Patrick for advice) and a quick trip to super max we were all set. We went in late August when it was hot and humid but the ocean breezes kept us cool. Unfortunately some (but not all) of the neighborhood restaurants closed— google maps is more accurate than Apple. We did walk to old San Juan (OSJ) the first day (stopped for brunch halfway!) and the whole walk is a leisurely 20 mins. There are scooters for rent or an Uber to OSJ is only about $4–5 as well. Walking distance to the beach for snorkeling in clear water and reading under palm trees was great. Explored the architecture, forts in OSJ and local restaurants and bars. Quiet wine nights back at the condo to wind down. In all a wonderful trip and highly recommend this condo!
