  • Great ski weekend

"We had a lovely ski weekend at the Windham house. We were five families and there was plenty of room, it was cozy, the hot tub was fantastic and both the kids and adults enjoyed the game room. It's very close and conveniently located near the Windham ski resort. We would totally come here again!"

  • Flawless experience for 22 people - great value

"This listing is a truly special find. A huge home with great spaces for hanging out with the group or space to find some solitude when you need it. The owner's use of pieces of the original structure, re-purposed in really creative ways, brought a unique character to the estate. The pool was warm and large enough for our group, hot tub was excellent, bedrooms comfortable, well stocked kitchen and quality BBQ, beautiful views - We will definitely be back, thanks!"

  • Beautiful fall getaway

"My boyfriend, our dogs and myself had a great time at the Little Red Cabin. It is the perfect size for a couple and we enjoyed our nights playing scrabble (provided w the cabin) by the fireplace. There isn't a TV but with Internet access, you don't miss it and was nice to get away from. The cabin has a unique charm and we felt right at home. The location is great and even with Rt 28 being so close, I couldn't hear the cars/trucks. We've visited Phoenicia before by way of camping but now I think we'll be renting a cabin every year instead. The town is small but has everything you will need if you don't have a car. Woodstock is only a 20 min drive and is fun to walk around as well and there are more restaurants there. Hiking in the Catskills is amazing! Can't wait to go to Phoenicia next year!"
