Vacation fun for the whole family sleeping 10 people, with 2 queens, 1 full, 2 twins & 1 pull out queen couch, 2 Tv's for everyone with 50 FREE VHS movies and the other is a 61 inch HD TV in a home movie Theater with surround sound and 75 DVD'S. Fully equipped kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Portable crib and high chair for babies. Games, Books, and CD player for your favorites music. Hammock, 1 Charcoal grill, 6 rockers on 8FT wrap around porch, wooden swing and 1 large campfire ring with FREE camp firewood always provided to guests.Game Room with 8FT Pool table and 8ft air hockey table. Linens and towels provided along with starter amenities. House is 2500 aquare feet with large porches. The log cabin is very well equipped for just about everything and is a huge hit with kids and couples alike. Enjoy our Hot Tub rental off the 8 foot wide porch, while viewing the wildlife and spectacular sunsets! Near the Lake & Mountains with tons to do or just do nothing at all! Reading in the hammock and have leisurely days resting and rejuvenating. Go horse back riding, hiking, boating, sailing, skiing, kayaking, canoeing, row boating, dinner cruising,down hill skiing, crosscountry skiing, Ice skating in the the lake and so much more! We are 3 1/2 hours from Boston, 2 hours from Montreal, 1 hour from Lake placid, 5 1/2 hours from New York city. We are within driving distance to major ski areas such as Bolton Valley Ski area, Stowe ski area, smuggs, Sugar bush, white face and Killington. You can try them all! Summer time is Spectacular! Lovely views, great weather, not to hot not to cold. There are gentle breezes with the best sunsets you will see anywhere! Come swim, water ski, horse back ride, hike, canoe, kayak just about everything you can think of we have. You will not want to miss our beautiful Vermont foliage! Fall is truly Lovely in the green mountain state, with beautiful weather, gorgeous foliage and romantic sunsets. Wintertime brings lots of fun with the ski slopes for downhill skiing, Cross country skiing, dog sledding, horse pulled sleigh rides, sledding, snowshoeing and more. Located in the middle of major ski areas withinh driving distance to Bolton Valley ski area, Smuggs ski area, sugar bush ski area, middlebury Snowbowl, White Face ski area, Killington ski area. 20 - 75 minutes. Free campfire wood to all of our guests plus 50 free VHS movies provided at cabin for your enjoyment. 6 person Hot Tub rental available please inquire. Home movie Theater and Game room. Home has Activities-Guide, Alarm-Clock, Ceiling-Fans, central heating, Firewood, hot tub linens provided, Local-Activities-Guide, Local-Maps, Mosquito-Magnet, Paper-Towels, Restaurant-Dining-Guide, Soaps-Basic, telephone, Toilet-Paper, and towels provided. Children welcome, non-smoking only, pets allowed there is a Pet fee, we are suitable for the elderly or infirm on the first floor. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: *Credit Cards are accepted. Master card and Visa *Hot Tub Rental is not included in price. *Check-in is at 4PM and Check-out is at 11 AM. *Cleaning Fee is $50. *Pet Fee is $250 per pet weekly.

Jan-Dec .. $250-$399/night .. $1299-$1999/week.
35% of rental fee due to hold reservation, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
for non-peak times and 10 weeks in prior for peak times.
$450 Security Deposit is required, along with all applicable Taxes, and refunded
in full on final day after cabin inspection.
Cancellations 3 months ahead gains refund less 35% of Rental Fee, less than 2
months gains refund only if re-rented, minus 35% deposit, otherwise none.
Extra charge for people exceeding 10 of $50 per person. $50 Cleaning Fee
