Overview:
Beautiful, four bedroom, three and a half bath, two-balcony, 2000 square foot duplex that sleeps up to seven guests. Located on one the most unique, historical, tranquil, and centrally located, lovely, tree-lined boulevards in the city. Duplex/loft apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very sunny. Great for family or groups. Truly a 'home-away-from-home.'
Walking distance or short cab ride to many interesting restaurants, bistros, museums, tango shows, jogging parks off Avenue Liberator, two fully-equipped health clubs that offer weekly membership or day passes, two large supermarket chains, two shopping malls, numerous family-owned food, flower and specialty shops, the Japanese and Botanical Gardens, the Eva Peron Museum, three major hospitals, three ‘feature’ movie theaters, and the American, Canadian and Italian Embassies. Proximity to Ave. Liberator makes easy access by cab to famous Recoleta Village's Cemetery, Design Center, weekend arts and craft fair, Puerto Madero, and central part of the city.
Suite includes elegant formal dining room (seats eight) and large, fully-equipped kitchen with TV. Cute small bedroom with lots of closets and half-bath/shower directly off the kitchen. (Owner’s favorite bedroom!)
Large living room on main floor contains two separate conversational groups: Formal living room area and less formal library reading area. Both have direct access to downstairs balcony and outdoor seating/eating area.
Three upstairs bedrooms include: One Large master bedroom with king bed, beautiful, private marbled bathroom and Jacuzzi, lots of closets, Air Conditioning, color TV/Video player and direct access to upstairs balcony. Second bedroom with queen bed, lots of closets, private study area, and air conditioning. Third bedroom with two single trundle beds, large closets, study desk, and air conditioning. Private upstairs study/office with internet hook-up. There is also a comfortable, informal ‘family room’ directly off upstairs balcony, with large TV/Cable/DVD, stereo/CD/cassette player and numerous games. Great view of street, and downstairs living room.
Unit includes second full bathroom upstairs, elegant guest bathroom downstairs and private elevator/vestibule into the unit itself from lobby entrance. Great security. Great doorman (Victor).

- Air Conditioning: New AC/Heater Units in two upstairs bedrooms. Master Bedroom also equipped with AC/Heater unit. New A/C unit downstairs in main living room area. All remote control equipped.
- Washer: Washer/Semi-Dryer Unit in Laundry room. We do provide weekly Maid service for towels, sheets and small personal clothing. For larger loads or dry cleaning, we can make arrangements for guests to have clothing taken to dry cleaners across the street - at guest expense. Turn around same day. Our house keeper, Rose, is great and maintains our high standards within the apartment.

- Linens Provided: Everything provided. They are also replaced frequently.
- Garage: YES, there is a private garage space underneath apartment for our unit. Please speak to on-site agent as to specific location.

- Off Street Parking: Cervino is a beautiful palmtree-lined boulevard that is very quiet. One can park off the street, although like any city, parking can be difficult at times.
- Elevator: YES - We have a PRIVATE elevator for that goes directly to our apartment on the 6th floor foyer are. It's extremely secure, safe and private. Elaborate security system in place.

- King Bed: In MASTER BEDROOM: 1 LARGE 'California King Bed' in Master Bedroom. This is located next to upstairs terrace. Very comfortable in evenings and room very soothing and quiet.
- Queen Bed (2) : In 2nd and 3rd Upstairs Bedrooms: 2 Queen Beds, one in each room. One bedroom also has an an additional twin in private corner area. Great for parents with child.
- Twin/Single Bed (2) : 2 New Twin Beds: One in downstairs bedroom (off of the kitchen and Owner's favorite room) and the other in 2nd upstairs bedroom.
- Child Bed: We do have an inflatable air mattress if needed.
- Crib: Can be provided.

- Cable/Satellite TV: FIVE TV's in the house, all cable-connected. All stations in Spanish, English, Italian and sometimes German and French. Possible to get CNN and FOX TV in English in Family on a number of TV's in the apartment.

- Full Kitchen: Fully equipped EAT-IN kitchen with everything. There is also FORMAL dining room which seats 8. (Table and chairs designed by original owner who is a furniture designer and architect.) Very beautiful. Please see photo.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: EVERYTHING included. Very well stocked kitchen. Owner loves cooking and has stocked the kitchen with everything.
- Refrigerator: Large refrigerator in kitchen. WATER machine also provided. You do not need to buy bottled water.
- Microwave: BRAND NEW Stainless Steel Microwave (purchsed July 09) located on top of the dedicated freezer to on the left-side of kitchen near the service backdoor entrance.
- Outdoor Features
- Charcoal BBQ Grill: See picture: Upstairs 'asado' area on the top roof of apartment building itself. GREAT VIEW!! If BBQ area is wanted, the apartment's supervisor can arrange and set up. There is large seating area for sunning, reading, relaxing outdoors.
- Balcony (2) : Two private balconies (terrraces) off both levels of apartment on 6th and 7th floors. Each have table and two chairs and lots of plants. Smoking is allowed in these areas only.
- View/Location
- Water View: Beautiful view of the river (and much of the entire city) from the upstair, 14th floor roof! It's very beautiful and interesting.

- Telephone (3) : Three phones within the house for your use. You can make local calls and also call Cell phones from this phone. PHone cards are required for long-distance or international calls, IF you use house phone. These can be purchased at small TABAC located just on ground floor of the building.

There are stairs in the loft apartment, but also a private elevator leading directly to entrance level of the apartment.

Why the Owner Chose Buenos Aires
We chose Cervino Street for it proximity to everything, the safety of the area, the beauty of the apartment and the fact that this particular part of Palermo is near the parks, American Embassy, Zoo, cute boutiques, flower stalls, pastry shops and cafes, and more. We looked all over and just came back to this street.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have a beautiful apartment of course. Most of all, we enjoy the life-style and all of the wonderful people we have met in our neighborhood, as well as my wonderful friend from NYC, Llewelyn C., and her better half, Jim, who will meet and greet you upon your arrival. Our doorman/Super, Victor, is the most helpful person and keeps a keen eye on things as well. Everyone is there to help make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
Cervino Street is very special. Our apartment is located just across the street from one of the best gyms in the city. Day and weekly passes are available and that's very convenient. A new restaurant recently opened called Annetta's. We have organized discount coupons for our guests and they have live music nightly with a piano and violin player. It is very romantic. One of my favorite Italian restaurants, Guido's, is also just up the street closer to the zoo. The owner has also offered discounted coupons for our particular guests. It's a very cute and interesting restaurant.

Ray and I love Buenos Aires and this particular part of the city. I taught Business English to executives of a major corporation in Buenos Aires and rented an apartment on Cervino Street. Ray, President of his tennis club in Brooklyn, researched and played in some of the finest tennis clubs in the area. We loved Bs. As. so much and most of all this street!.
