Voted Best Beach in America, Cape San Blas is a beautiful peninsula with the beach on one side, bay on the other, and St. Joseph State Park at the end of the road. The Cape is very peaceful and serene with unlimited opportunities to fulfill your dreams.
Our home, Fairy Tale is a lifetime dream come true. A great new subdivision called Seagrass is all newly constructed homes (within the last few years). Fairy Tale is on a large corner lot which sits on the highest bluff in Seagrass with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a newly constructed bike path that begins behind Fairytale and you can safely pedal to the Famous State Park at the end of the Cape (appx 2.0 miles).
This new home has two stories with 10 foot covered porches that overlook the private pool surrounded by woods filled with its natural wildlife. The pool sits on a very high sand dune which a person can lay on a raft and watch the waves roll in. This home is very spacious with an open floor plan. It has approximately 2700 square feet, heated and cooled. We have a fence backyard for children and pets to play.
The first floor has two large living areas, kitchen, dining room, utility room with washer and dryer, and a bath. The entire living area is surrounded by windows and sliding glass doors going out to the covered porches. No matter where you are, there is a view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house is newly furnished with bright cheerful colors.
There is a queen pull out sleeper in the living room that is quite comfortable! There are beautiful natural hardwood oak floors with ceiling fans and a pineapple chandelier. There are original hand painted pictures with a beach décor which makes you feel right at home. There is a 26 inch TV with DVD/VCR. The luxuries of home are right here in your beach house!
The second floor has an extra large master bedroom with a queen size bed. There are two sets of French doors that lead to the covered porch for your morning coffee. 12 x 12 master bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub that can easily accommodate two. There is also a huge walk-in shower with a ceramic tile bench to relax.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and French doors leading to the covered porch over looking the pool. This bedroom also has windows in the back with a view of the bay. There is a full bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3.
The third bedroom has two sets of fairy tale bunk beds which sleeps four. It is accommodated with a large TV, VCR, and DVD player which is a great get away for the children.
The views are fantastic from very room! Sip on a margarita, watch the sunset, read a book, relax, jump in the pool, or take a stroll down the private boardwalk to the shores of the white sandy beaches and the crystal blue waters. There is also a wonderful community clubhouse and an additional pool right across the street. This home is a dream come true, please let us share this beautiful paradise with you.
This home rents from Saturday to Saturday except during the winter when monthly rates are available. Reservations of three days or more are accepted when booked at the "Last Minute"-normally within 7 days of arrival. 11% sales tax and refundable $500 damage deposit.
