Our home, Lagoon to Sea, is a life time dream come true. A great location on mystic Indian Pass. Lagoon to Sea sits on a high bluff on a large 2 acre estate. Sitting up high gives you a panoramic view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This BRAND NEW HOME has 360 degree water views. Spectacular and unique location featuring a wide and peaceful beach in your front yard and a PRIVATE lagoon front full of wildlife in your backyard. You will find breeds of birds including owls, bald headed eagles living in the backyard . There is an owl who nests at night in our tree and we can hear him WHOO-WHOO. We have a large yard for your children and pets to play. Bring your boat and water toys as we have plenty parking and water access. The boat launch is 2 minutes from Lagoon to Sea.
This beautiful 2100 square foot custom built home has all the upgrades including hardwood floors, granite counter tops, Bertazzoni Italia stove (my favorite), gas fireplace and grill, wrap around screen porches. The floor plan is very open with abundant amount of windows. There are views everywhere. Water to water. The outdoor space is generous and one can view the water from any angle. The screened porches off the master suites are private and relaxing. The wind in your face takes all your stresses away. Indian Pass is very peaceful and serene with unlimited opportunities to fulfill your dreams.
The first floor has the living area, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, fireplace with 56 inch LCD, utility room with a pantry, washer/dryer, and a half bath. The entire living area is surrounded by windows with french glass doors going out to the covered porches. No matter where you are, there is a view of the ocean. There is also the 3rd bedroom with two single beds, private full bath and closet, with its own picture window overlooking the lagoon. There is also a queen pull out sleeper in the living room that is quite comfortable! There are beautiful natural austrailian cypress hardwood floors, ceiling fans, hand painted pictures, a beach decor, with all the luxuries of home right here in your beach house!
The second floor has an extra large master bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a mini refrigerator to keep cold drinks and a private 180sf covered screened- in porch to sit and relax and enjoy your morning coffee. The master bathroom has an old fashion claw tub with large windows with both views of the beach and lagoon. (my favorite spot in the house). There is also a huge walk-in shower that can accomodate two.
The second master suite has a queen size bed, private bath with an oversized tub, and French doors leading to the covered porch over looking the lagoon. There is a DVD with a TV.
The views are fantastic from very room! Sip on a margarita, watch the sunset, read a book, relax, go fishing, or take a stroll down the private path to the shores of the large sandy beaches and take a dip in the ocean. The beach here is PET FRIENDLY and its wonderful to bring your best friend. Please just pick up after your dog so we may continue to have a pet friendly environment. This home is a dream come true, please let us share this beautiful paradise with you.
This home rents from Saturday to Saturday except during the winter when monthly rates are available. Reservations of three days or more are accepted when booked at the "Last Minute"-normally within 7 days of arrival. 11% sales tax and refundable $500 damage deposit.

Turn on Indian Pass Road, (which is across from the famous Raw Bar), go around winding curve for a few hundred yards and see aqua house on left.
Great restaurant for family,friends, or couples. Fresh seafood,oysters,drinks, and just sit out on the porch.
Launch your boat here, walk on the beach, or take the ferry to St Vincent Island to see lots of nature and wildlife. Across the street is a great camping area.
Great histroric town. A must see. Wonderful icecream in the old Soda Fountain. restaurants, parks, and historic sites. A real "charmer"

Thanks for letting us stay in your house. This was our third visit to Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, and this was by far the best house we have rented. Excellent views of the gulf of mexico form the living room and master bedroom, lagoon views from the back and 2nd master. Large area of essentially private beach. House is across the street from the beach, but traffic on this basically dead end road is VERY light. Top quaity appliances and flat screen TV's. Awesome kitchen, and the bathrooms are very fancy with great showers. Found out that this was built as a dream home, not a rental, and it really shows. No charcoal grill -- has a gas grill, so don't bother to bring charcoal/lighter fluid.

Thank you ! Thank you very much for letting us stay in your house for the last few weeks. The house was absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful time and hope you will let us come back again sometime. You know how it's the silly things you remember? The bed in the master bedroom was so much nicer than I expected. I never sleep well away from home but this bed was wonderful. And we also loved being on the beach. Being able to stay out as much as we wanted because we were so close was fantastic. Thank you again. The Cronins
