Fat Chance is a lovely vacation cottage located on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. The villa is well appointed, spacious and well priced, making it perfect for families of up to six people or for up to five adults. Located very close to the world famous Baths, the villa is also convenient for the Mad Dog pub, the Top of the Baths restaurant and shopping area which are all less than five minutes walk away. Virgin Gorda's beautiful beaches and the amenities of Spanish Town are about ten minutes drive.
The house sits on three acres, nestled among some of the large boulders that the island is famous for, making it a very private residence. There are two large bedrooms of equal size, each with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bunk room which can sleep two children. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as spacious and open living/dining room with double doors opening onto a large deck for entertaining. The flagstone deck in the rear of the house also has a small plunge pool for cooling off. A further raised deck has beautiful views of the bay.
Fat Chance is managed by Tropical Care Services, a Virgin Gorda based property management company. The staff will not only provide twice weekly maid service but will also be available to help you make the most out of your island vacation. |
