TRAVELING WITH A GROUP?? We own three 1.5 bedroom/2bath oceanfront units available for rental all in the East Tower! We have two 3rd floor units that are next door to one another and we just bought a new 1st floor unit just 2 flights down. Rent one, or the two 3rd floor units and have your friends or family stay in the condo next door, or all three! It's always nice to travel with others ...but sometimes it is a little too close for comfort and each family prefers their own condo.
SPLASH....Enjoy the newest Sterling resort located on over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, located on the west end of Panama City Beach! Splash is near Route 79 and about 2 miles west from Pier Park, the premier outdoor shopping and entertainment complex in Pamama City Beach. Enjoy a wide variety of restaurants there such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Guy Harvey's,Back Porch Seafood,and Reggae J's. See a movie at 16 Grand Theatre which has stadium seating, take a ride on the carousel or other Miracle Strip rides and indulge in shopping at Dillards, JC Penny, Ron Jon Surf shop or any of the other retail and specialty shops at Pier Park.

Our Splash 1st floor and 3rd floor condos are gulf front and have a breathtaking view of the emerald green ocean and sugar white sand. Since many guests like to travel with friends, we are pleased to offer Splash 304 and 305 which are next to one another and unit 105 just 2 flights down. Our calendar is marked "RED" only when all 3 units are booked. You can check with us for specific availability.
Everybody in your family, young and old, will enjoy what this resort has to offer. Mom and dad can relax by one of the pools with a good book, while the kids are entertained with the water playground with slides,spray toys and getting soaked by the dumping splash bucket!! Don't forget the teens that will love the lazy river pool, the arcade and mini bowling alley. Just walk down a few stairs from the pool deck and you are right on the beach with 2 cushioned wood chairs and umbrella awaiting you.
Our 1.5 bedroom and two bath Splash condos are beautifully decorated. Luxury accommodations for up to six are provided by a king bed in the master, bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.

Splash is conveniently located on the family oriented west side of Panama City Beach which is much less congested. The condo is on Front Beach Rd, about 1 mile west of Route 79 and 2 miles west of the new Pier Park shopping and entertainment center and the city fishing pier. We are only about 3 miles away from Gulf World Aquarium which features wonderful dolphin shows. Frank Brown Park which hosts numerous baseball tournaments is within 4 miles.
A $300 reservation deposit by major credit card, Paypal or check will hold your reservation.The balance is charged the week of check-in or due 30 days before check-in when paying by check. We only rent weekly during summer months with Saturday check-in and check-out.
Our unit is NON-SMOKING and we can't allow pets. Sorry, but we don't rent to singles under 25. NO SPRING BREAKERS!! Onsite security will check ages and if found breaking those rules you will be forced to leave and your money will not be refunded.

No hidden fees here... such as reservation fees, damage waivers,insurance or extra charges for using a credit card.

Our family had a wonderful weekend in this condo! It is decorated beautifully, extremely clean and comfortable for our family of four! The 1st floor is a great location too! The pools are awesome and we love the arcade. Just a short trip to Pier Park, very convenient! Darlene is very easy to work with, explained everything I needed to know before arrival. Like she says, no hidden costs or fees, beach chair rental included... Highly recommend!

My family had a wonderful time staying in your condo. It was beautiful and comfortable and most definitely our favorite trip we've taken to the beach (and there have been many)!! It was so easy to run right up to the room and back down when we needed and the beach chair service was such a bonus. We've never wanted to spend the extra money for that. Thank you for including it!!

Darlene, we enjoyed our stay at your Splash condo. It was just as described - attractively decorated, clean, and with everything we needed to settle right in. It was so nice having the washer and dryer in the condo, too. Our grandson LOVED the Splash waterpark and gameroom! The pools and grounds were immaculate and the beach was clean and beautiful. Our favorite place to eat was the Backporch at Pier Park. Thanks again..we hope to return soon!

We loved the condo. It was great for the kids and adults. The kids really enjoyed the water playgrounds and arcade. We really appreciated the beach chairs being added in.
