  Joel and Darlene-thanks so much for the use of your Splash unit! Our family had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, neat, and well furnished. The Splash resort is fantastic! We have twin 18 month old daughters and they loved the pools, the beach, and the wonderful view from our balcany. Everything was so easily accessible, even with the girls and all their "stuff". The beach chairs were a great touch as well. We were conviently located to all the resturants and fun at Pier Park as well. Very easy to book and literally not a thing I would improve or change. Thank you so much and we are already looking forward to our next trip!

  Perfect location right on the beach, much to do along that route...no crowds. The description and photos are exactly as described by Darlene--the owner; gorgeous condo with all that we needed. Very clean and well maintained. And Darlene gave great suggestions on where to eat, what to do...we will return. Free parking, great security, ease of getting around the area.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Darlene is an extremely wonderful person to work with and answers all questions you might have very truthfully. Her condo was exceptionally well kept with the most comfortable king size bed I have ever slept in. We loved the location of the condo that we rented from her. It was room 105 on the third floor and very conveniently located. Our child loved the bunk beds. The pool areas were also very well kept. The lazy river was a hit with our family. Splash as a whole was a wonderful place to vacation. It was also conveniently located. We would definately stay here again. I would totally recommend renting from Darlene. She was an awesome person to talk to and work with. Thanks Darlene for all of your help!

  We enjoyed our stay at your condo at Splash. We have two small children who loved all of the amenities that Splash has to offer. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable so we were able to rest up for the next day! We will definitely be booking with you again!

  We stayed here the last weekend in February and it was great. This condo was decorated so nice it felt like my home away from home.It was very clean and the view from the balcony was like heaven. I would recommend anyone that wants to have a great time and stay in a lovely place to give Darlene a call. She is real nice and will work with anyone on renting her condo. Me and my family will be staying here alot more because this place is great. Thank you Darlene for letting me and my family stay at your condo we greatly appreciate it Thank you again. I will be calling you again

  Our family had a wonderful weekend in this condo! It is decorated beautifully, extremely clean and comfortable for our family of four! The 1st floor is a great location too! The pools are awesome and we love the arcade. Just a short trip to Pier Park, very convenient! Darlene is very easy to work with, explained everything I needed to know before arrival. Like she says, no hidden costs or fees, beach chair rental included... Highly recommend!

  My family had a wonderful time staying in your condo. It was beautiful and comfortable and most definitely our favorite trip we've taken to the beach (and there have been many)!! It was so easy to run right up to the room and back down when we needed and the beach chair service was such a bonus. We've never wanted to spend the extra money for that. Thank you for including it!!
