Heritage House is a recently built two story colonial home located in the exclusive, quiet residential area of Cayman Kai within Rum Point. New construction in 2006, it features tasteful, family-friendly furnishings, and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms overlook the Caribbean, and two overlook the pool and Little Sound. There are two king-size beds, two queen-size, and a den with a sleeper sofa.
There are breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean from your covered first-floor lanai and second-floor balcony, where you can enjoy a cocktail and the trade winds. Best spot on the Island

Heritage House is located on probably the best beach on the Island, unless you want the people congestion of Seven Mile Beach. (It is a lot less expensive, also.) The beach is fantastic and the view even better. The home is roomy enough to accommodate 8 to 10 people and still have plenty of areas to be alone in. The home is close to numerous good restaurants and almost all water sports are available from your beachfront or within a 15 minute drive or less. If you desire comfort, solitude, white sand and beautiful ocean, Heritage House is your place!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our third time at Heritage House and we wouldn't consider any other place to vacation on Grand Cayman. It's perfect in every way. Beautiful home in a quiet location, a 3 minute walk to Rum Point, short drives to some of the best restaurants in the world (Lighthouse, Tukka, Rum Point to name but a few), great snorkeling right off the beach and so much more. Do yourself a favor - book it before someone else does! You won't regret it.

a true Caribbean getaway…perfect layout for small or large groups…the pool was used more than expected…and only a 5 minute walk to Rum Point…we are hoping to be back very soon…Jim Young
