Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, the flawlessly clear blue water, and the fabulously one of a kind atmosphere of Navarre Beach in this 17th floor luxury penthouse condo of Beach Colony Resort, located beach front, on Navarre Beach. Step out onto the balcony or simply look out the window in any of the rooms to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf coast. One minute on the balcony during sunrise and you will realize why you needed to come here.

This upscale condo is a lovely decorated penthouse unit that sleeps 6-8 with luxury in mind. The living room is suited with wrap around windows and wall to wall sliding doors that provide a panoramic view of the gulf and 30 miles eastward to Destin. The living room couch converts into a queen-sized sleeper. The dining room is spacious and can comfortably seats six.

There is an adjacent bar overlooking the gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, a spice rack, and all the pots, pans, tableware, etc., that you need to cook in style. Double doors lead to the private and elegant master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding glass doors open to the beautiful views of the balcony.

The master bath/spa is this penthouse’s peak of luxury. The whirlpool bath and the fully tiled walk-in-shower are surrounded by windows that once again provide an avenue to look out onto the awe-inspiring scenery. The spacious second bedroom is equipped with two double beds and a connected full bathroom. The bedroom is considerably big, and can conveniently become a separate suite by closing the pocket door. This penthouse also has a separate laundry room.

This condo is equipped with free high-speed wireless internet. A new Panasonic 50 inch plasma TV is in the living room. TVs, VCRs and DVDs in each room provide much opportunity to be entertained and the large balcony is simply put the best spot on Navarre Beach to sit back and relax.

The Beach Colony pool, recently rebuilt and now open is the largest pool on Navarre beach. New tennis courts were recently added. The beaches, recently renourished, are part of over 20 miles of federally protected uncrowded and unspoiled sugar white beaches.

At Beach Colony Resort you are only steps away from indulging in restaurants where dining is truly a unique beach experience, and a short drive from golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, great entertainment, and everything else being at the beach has to offer. Exercise in the fully equipped, air conditioned Beach Colony workout room or enjoy a bike ride along the miles of beach front trails that Navarre Beach has to offer.

  • My cousin and I spent 10 days in Navarre in this condo - we loved it! The pictures do not exaggerate how nice it is. The condo is right on the beach with a direct view of the gulf; the balcony is nice sized and perfect to sit out listening to the waves. We had a couple very small issues when we were there, and the staff was very quick to fix things for us - very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this condo!

  • We had a wonderful, relaxing week. I was amazed at how loud the surf was. you could here it while laying in bed with the sliding door shut! We enjoyed the new pool and the beach. We saw fireworks from our balcony. One of the funnest excursion's we took was kayaking down a river up by Milton. I reccomend it for families looking for something to do. We also ate very well. Two of our favorites were seafood at Gilligan's and Flounder's. We would love to come back some time.

  • We loved it, it was even better than our expectations. Absolutely fabulous, oh, and now that the pool is open it will be heaven even on red flag days. We really feel blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy it. The beach was beautiful and Navarre had enough to offer that we weren’t wanting for anything but didn’t have the headache of an overdeveloped beach town. The views from the living room and patio were spectacular, and made for a whole new way of enjoying our time there. The furnishings provided the perfect balance of style and comfort and the west end of the island was a great sunset picnic getaway. Believe me we will be recommending your condo to our friends and family.

We have been doing this for 20 years and we always come to the area of the Mircle Strip. Navarre Beach truly is the best kept secret as it the perfect place in the sun. But--what made it the vacation of a lifetime was your beautiful condo! We could not quit looking out at the water from all sections of you 17th floor unit. It was like being on a cruise right in your private house. I could barley get my husband out of there to enjoy the water and beach. We loved the large space, the furnishing, the balcony and most of al the view from the 17th Floor. We loved all of it!!!

  • We had a wonderful 4th of July week at Navarre Beach!!! The condo was beautiful and the view was absolutely spectacular. We have stayed in numerous places in Ft. Walton and Destin and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The condo was spacious and attractively decorated and the balcony was quite a bonus. Navarre is the best beach we have been to in the panhandle - quiet and not as crowded as Destin and Ft. Walton. We will definitely return because we didn't want to leave!   • This was our second year in a row staying in this condo. I could not imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. I have been visiting Navarre for more than 30 years(young girl) and Navarre Beach is a very special place to me an now to my family as well. This condo was very spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Ms Shuleva is a joy to do business with. She truly wants people to feel at home. It is very generous of her and her fanily to allow others to experience this home away from home. We had a perfect view of a romantic wedding on the beach below our balcony at sunset on Friday evening before we left. The view is like no other. It is so peaceful!
