This delightful, recently refurbished apartment is situated in the 11th arrondissement in a classic 19th century building. It is close to the lively area of the rue Oberkampf and within walking distance of the Marais.
The flat offers all you need for a week or long weekend in Paris. The apartment is on the second floor with lift, sleeps a maximum of six, with two bedrooms. The apartment is 65 square meters and consists of two double bedrooms, one with king-size bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and WC. There is a separate WC.
The living room, with sofa bed, has a working period fireplace, TV, DVD/CD player and internet access.
The apartment is situated nearby to the rue Oberkampf, with its marvelous food shops and restaurants. The Boulevard Richard Lenoir is very close with a twice weekly street market, selling all you need for a gourmet meal. The Marais is also within walking distance with the Picasso museum and Place des Vosges close by.
The Metro from Parmentier will take you to the Grand Magasins and the Paris Opera. Five minutes walk away is the Metro Oberkampf, which is on two lines, which will take you directly to the Eurostar at Gare du Nord in fifteen minutes, or to the Champs Elysees. The number 46 bus goes directly from Gare du Nord to Av Parmentier.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
A security deposit is also required (with the balance of the rental fee)
