This delightful apartment is situated in the 11th arrondissement in a classic 19th century building. It is close to the lively area of the rue Oberkampf and within walking distance of the Marais.
The flat offers all you need for a week or long weekend in Paris. The apartment is on the second floor with lift, sleeps a maximum of six, with two bedrooms. The apartment is 65 square meters and consists of two double bedrooms, one with king-size bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and WC. There is a separate WC.
The living room, with sofa bed, has a working period fireplace, TV, DVD/CD player and WiFi internet access.
The apartment is situated nearby to the rue Oberkampf, with its marvelous food shops and restaurants. The Boulevard Richard Lenoir is very close with a twice weekly street market, selling all you need for a gourmet meal. The Marais is also within walking distance with the Picasso museum and Place des Vosges close by.
The Metro from Parmentier will take you to the Grand Magasins and the Paris Opera. Five minutes walk away is the Metro Oberkampf, which is on two lines, which will take you directly to the Eurostar at Gare du Nord in fifteen minutes, or to the Champs Elysees. The number 46 bus goes directly from Gare du Nord to Av Parmentier.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
A security deposit is also required (with the balance of the rental fee)

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our Paris 'home'. A delightful apartment, very comfortable, wonderful feel, very Parisian! So well located for Metro, food shopping etc. We caught a taxi to the apartment from the Eurostar,(20 euros) but took the bus back. so easy and much cheaper. A wonderful VRBO experience. A great find! thankyou.

PERFECT!! My family recently stayed at the apartment for 1 week and were extremely impressed! Everything about the apartment was in great shape, and the apartment itself is very spacious. The Metro is 1 minute away and lots of restaurants, stores, cafes, and especially bakeries are all within a very close walking distance. The owner is very pleasant to work with and quick with follow-up Emails. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to feel what it is like to "live" in Paris!

Enjoyed a wonderful August week based in this apartment in Parmentier. Felt very Parisian - breakfast from the fabulous patesserie (10 meters from the front door!) - lunch in la Marais arrondisement (just down the road) - dinner on la Seine (walking distance!). Printemps, Eiffel Tower, Relais de Venise all within 20 mins. and watched the Bejing Olympics on TV during our Siesta each day. Lovely appartment - comfortable, clean, functional. Ideal for a break.
