Beautifully renovated condominium unit in a two family house on a quiet residential street in Newton, just minutes away from Logan Airport, downtown Boston, Harvard Square, and area colleges. The 1,300 square foot luxury unit occupies the first floor of an off white stucco home. It has central air and hardwood flooring throughout. Step beyond the front hall and you will see an inviting dining room with large bay windows. The living room is furnished with a plush oversized sofa and Cable TV for your entertainment.
For those times when you decide to eat in, our fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a granite island counter and cherry wood cabinets. There is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, and gas stoves. In addition, a washer and dryer are provided in the basement for your convenience.
The unit has three bedrooms and two full baths, all charmingly decorated. A full size bed occupies one of the bedrooms while the other bedroom has two twin size beds. The third Philadelphia style bedroom, with its own separate staircase, has a king size bed. Soft, luxurious towels and linens are all included.

We were thrilled to stay for a week in April at Mocina. My wife, 3 kids and parents all loved the home, the furnishings and the location. This home is so spacious with quality beds, tables and chairs. We also were happy to be able to use the computer with Internet, Cable TV and great games and books for the kids. I can't believe what a great value this is. The location was also great for us with multiple parks within walking distance, easy access to the Pike, grocery stores close by (Whole Foods & Star) and restaurants (Bertucci's, Uno's and numerous independents). We will definitely be back every time we return to the Boston area. Thanks, Rosana!
