Freshly painted inside and out, remodeled and decorated in the winter of 2011. Adorable neighborhood cottage with one of the most private and cozy backyards in town. This is a quiet neighborhood, with access to a park just one house away. There is a beautifully landscaped backyard with views of the Bridger Mountains, flowers and fresh herbs in the summer. Under a canopy of mature trees, nap in the hammock or read a book on the cool deck. There is plenty of seating for outside dining. During the summer, the original local Farmers/Art Market is just one block away.

Downstairs in the cottage, you will find a newly remodeled kitchen outfitted with stainless appliances (gas stove) Also downstairs is a recently added dining room to fit 6+. Hardwood floors, original local art and tasteful furnishings create a homey nest. The two bedrooms are upstairs and one room has a wonderful view of the Bridgers, especially after a recent snow. The kitchen has everything you need to create a gourmet feast. I will make sure you are stocked with the basic necessities. On chilly nights, build a real woodburning fire in the living room or take a soak in the private hot tub. Pets are welcome with certain rules and deposits.
Historic downtown Bozeman is just a six block walk away. Skiing at Bridger Bowl is a mere 15 minutes and the Big Sky Sky area is just 45 minutes away. If you prefer x-country trails or mountain biking, these are within 5 minutes. World class fly fishing is nearby and we can connect you with an outstanding guide.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekly rate is $1,100 based on four. Nightly rate is $165.00. Cleaning fee is
$75.00 ($25.00 refunded if check-out list is completed) +7% MT bed tax.
Three night stay required in summer, but we will consider two nights depending
upon calendar bookings and filling in between rentals.
A 25% deposit is required to reserve the dates. This deposit is refundable
upon check out provided additional cleaning is not needed or no damage has
occurred.

I'm originally from Oregon. I always said that I would retire in Montana, it just came a little sooner than I expected. My company moved me from Oahu HI to Bozeman and I landed on a snowy day in December. Talk about a shock to the system. But I loved Bozeman, bought this little house and eventually built my office/art studio in the back yard. I hated to move out of the house....but life happens and we combined households. A Vacation rental made sense, and then I could keep my studio in the back.

This house was perfect for our stay! My husband, two daughters (19 & 12) and I stayed for eight nights. It was so comfortable and had all the amentities we needed. The backyard is gorgeous and was a great place to hang out. We were also able to walk into town which was really convenient. We will definitely try to book the house again when we return to Bozeman. Thank you Connie for providing such a great place to stay! We absolutely loved it!

My husband and I stayed for a week at Bozeman Cottage and the experience was wonderful!! Connie, thank you so much for sharing your home, your attention to detail and your amazing artistic touch! The house was so interesting, accomodating and clean. We just moved right in with ease. Our dogs were welcome in the neighborhood and the location is perfect. We definitely would stay there again!!

This was our first time using VRBO, and we were so impressed! The Bridger Cottage was everything we hoped for. Charming, clean, quiet, an overall great experience. Connie was great with keeping in touch and providing everything we needed. The weather was beautiful and that allowed us to fully enjoy the back porch for relaxing, eating and admiring the quaint garden and art work. The beds were comfy and the house was well furnished. I hope it will be available the next time we come to Bozeman!!!

we came to Bozeman for a wedding and stayed at the house for a week. It was fabulous. Walkable to downtown, all amenities thought of. It's great to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen for a week's stay rather than a hotel. We had four adults and one child and fit perfectly in the house. I would stay there again!

A definite amount of friendliness and thought permeates through the home with pictures, furniture, appliances and the goody basket. Bed is very comfortable and back yard was great for a bottle of wine and cheese.You'll find this home to be in a great location, to the quaint main street with many cool restaurants to daily jaunts for exploring.(West Yellowstone ,Old Faithful and Bear Country) Thanks for being a great hostess and sharing your home with us. This cute, cozy and comfortable house is a great find! My family and I stayed there at the end of March during a snow storm, so we couldn't enjoy the back yard. But it didn't matter. We baked cookies and drank good coffee as we watched the snow come down. Later we walked to town for some fun shopping. There are good restaurants within walking distance also. There's great fly fishing nearby on the Gallatin River. I hope we have the opportunity to stay at Bridger Cottages in the future. Thank you, Connie!
