MOST ESSENTIAL! - IT'S SOUTH FACING!! A luxurious Lakeside Villa which is south facing, so our guests will enjoy a Pool Deck that is bathed in the wonderful Florida sunshine from dawn 'til dusk.
It also has the benefit of covered lanai area, for those wishing to dine or relax out of the full sun. Also on deck, there is the convenience of a toilet/powder room and an open shower. A full size BBQ is also available for use by our guests.
Later, sit back, sip a cocktail and watch the beautiful evening sunsets. The villa is very spacious, featuring 5 double Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms.
The large Master Suite has the luxury of it's own private balcony, with a wonderful view overlooking the large natural lake - which has excellent fishing.

Our fantastic Games Room has a Professional Grade Pool Table, Foosball, Electronic Darts and comfortable seating. This is a great place for everyone to unwind and have fun after a long day at the parks and improve your Pool skills!
There is a huge Master Suite with Luxury 4 Poster King-size Bed, Large En-Suite Bathroom with King-size Oval Bath Tub, separate walk-in Shower Cubicle, Twin Sinks, and walk-in his and her wardrobes.
A further King size 4 Poster bedroom is located on the Ground Floor with sliding Patio Doors giving direct access to the pool and large extended deck area, which has a large patio dining table and comfortable chairs.
Other Bedrooms include a Queen Size Bed, 2 Twin bedded rooms,one of the twins being a DISNEY themed Room. In addition to Full Air Conditioning we have added ceiling Fans in every bedroom plus Cable TV and Clock Radios. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample clothes hangers.
There are two Lounge Areas one featuring a Multimedia Entertainment Centre with 40+ Channel Cable TV, VCR, DVD Player & HI-FI System. There are Board Games, Books, Videos and DVDs for your entertainment. The second Sitting Room is located at the front of the Villa away from the TV Room and adjoins the Dining Room and is elegantly furnished and carpeted for those 'special' occasions!
The remaining Ground Floor area is laid with beautiful Italian Tiles. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances and a breakfast room with table and chairs located off the kitchen.
The laundry room is fully equipped with washing machine, a dryer and large butler sink.
For families with infants, there is a full size baby crib/cot with bedding, two strollers, highchair, playpen and stairgate for use, free of charge.
Sunset Lakes is a small Private Gated Estate of luxury homes set around two natural lakes and bordered by a Conservation area with abundant wildlife and is extremely peaceful. Our helpful staff live locally and are on hand to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable vacation.
