Charming 3BR/3BA beach cottage in Sea Pines. Eight Laughing Gull is the 3rd house from the ocean with no streets to cross. Just a 2 minute walk to the best beach in Sea Pines. Great for a family with children. Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee.
The cottage is on one level. It is very comfortable with the layout allowing for privacy. Everyone enjoys the screened porch - there's usually a breeze!
When not at home, walk to nearby Sea Pines Beach Club for meals, drinks, beach rentals, and entertainment. Sea Pines has 3 golf courses, two tennis teaching facilities (more than enough tennis courts), bike rentals, restaurants and shops. Enjoy biking to nearby Harbourtown and South Beach.

We have been going to HHI for many years, and this is the nicest property we have stayed in to date. It is not always easy to find a pet friendly property - however, this house is in a great location within minutes walk to the beach and is very well maintained. There is also a nice front and backyard for the dogs. We will definitely be returning next year!
Recommended for:Pet owners, families with young children.

Wonderful beach house that is so comfortable and love the easy and beautiful path to the beach. We saw lots of wildlife all over Sea Pines and it was so relaxing to sit out on the screened porch and listen to the frogs sing each night. We would love to come again! Thanks. Cook Family
