Our BESTNEST/Luxe property at 23 South Beach Lagoon (A VRBO Top Ten in America, The famous Today Show and Bucket List Family house!) showcases the concept beautifully- this is a casually chic, and gracious home, resplendent with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. This property requires a minimum 7-night stay in summer, with Saturday arrivals and departures.

Coming completion May 1, 2026: 7 all new bathrooms, all new rec room and pool bath, new decks and patio, plus a laundry list of upgrades to include a new roof and painting and windows and doors, and all oak flooring. Now the entire house will be like new and ULTRA Luxe. Truly, there is no home like it in Sea Pines, and we know Sea Pines.

2025: All new kitchen, scullery, and bar, new primary bath, and revamped living and dining areas-- truly over the top and ready for your enjoyment.

• 11 new Samsung televisions with digital Spectrum enhanced Spectrum channel selection
• An oversized laundry room with 2 sets of GE front load machines, plus 2-car garage equipped with loads of great beach chairs and equipment.

PETS: So sorry, we only accept human guests at this property.

POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures). The charge for BOTH pool and spa is $600.00 for the first day and $300.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Incredible property and amazing property team

Our stay was nothing short of incredible! The location is amazing - the beach is in your backyard. Morning runs on the beach, bike rides on the beach, and plenty of space for our entire team (both shared/collaborative and individual). The area of the island is a beautiful area of HHI and very convenient to all amenities that you might be interested in (restaurants, grocery, stores, entertainment, etc.). The property team was extremely organized, responsive and communicative throughout the entire experience. Thank you so much for such an amazing week!

The pool and spa lights were not operational for swimming at night. Best on the Island

This was our second time renting this home this summer. It did not disappoint once again. Best view of the ocean from this house with easy access to the beach. Kitchen is a dream to prepare meals and is well appointed. The house has a place for everyone to relax. Clean and everything you need is there! We can not wait for 2023 to spend more time in Hilton Head and this beautiful home!

TOP vrbo beach house

The online pictures do not do justice to the beauty, scale and colors in this home. The ocean room overlooking the hot tub, pool and beach was our favorite. Beuatifully appointed, chic decorations and SPOTLESS clean. The walkout to the beach and proximity to golf, dining and Sea Pines community made this our best beach vacation ever.

Really not much to say other than we would love to come back, the house was spotless with all amenities and appliances anyone would need or expect. The pool is beautiful, there are loads of beach chairs and everything was top notch.
