Our lovely new home has lots of great amentities: Working some while on vacation? no problem, Coastal Cravin has a Computer, fax and WIFI highspeed wireless internet). For relaxing: private pool (32' X 14'), hot tub (5 person), 1st floor game room with pool table, 2nd floor TV room, 3rd floor Family room, For convenience: two dishwashers & sheets and towels provided year around.
The pool is available from 5/15 to 10/15. New home in Ocean Sands (Section L) offers upscale furnishings, 3-levels of entertainment rooms, great floor plan, and a perfect set up for family or couples getaway. The lower level has a game room with pool table, leather furniture, LCD TV, computer, fax, wet bar and refrigerator. Also on the bottom floor is a king bedroom, a bedroom with two bunks and a full bathroom.
The mid level features a king master bedroom w bath, a king bedroom, a bedroom with a pyramid bed (twin over full), the laundry room, a hall full bathroom and a TV Room with 32' LCD TV w dvd and playstation.
The top level has a king bedroom master bedroom, a full bathroom and the living areas with gas fireplace and 42' HD Plasma TV.
There are televisions in all bedrooms, den and the game room. Our cottage is located within 1/2 mile of the Currituck Golf Course, Grocery stores, Movie Theatre, paddle boat & Jet Ski rentals, Putt-putt, Restaurants and Shops. The Currituck Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Wildlife Heritage Museum, and Wild Horse Museum about 4 miles north.

A Perfect Way to Ring in the New Year!

Coastal Cravin' was the perfect venue for our group to enjoy the New Year! The house provided the comfort and privacy needed for several couples (4 King Bedrooms and 4 full baths) but also the common space to enjoy each other's company! We cooked dinner at the house each night and found the appliances and cooking equipment to be in great condition. The open 3rd floor living space (kitchen, den, dining area) was ideal in that it allowed everyone to be a part of the fun. And, clean-up was a breeze with 2 dishwashers! We were blessed with beautiful weather so despite the December/January dates, we had a lot of outdoor time with walks on the beach, basketball, golf (at a nearby course), and a drive up the beach to see the wild horses. When we were inside, we enjoyed the TVs (one in every room), as well as the pool table. Our time at Coastal Cravin' was a perfect start to the new year - the Outer Banks are as beautiful in the winter as in the summer! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

My family had a wonderful vacation at Coastal Cravin'. The house was perfect for us (6 adult couples) - we each had our own floor for sleeping and personal space and each enjoyed a king bedroom. The king I slept in was very comfortable. There was plenty of things to do but we spent every day on the beach (a short walk or bike ride). It was nice to come back from the beach, take a warm, private shower outside, and enjoy the pool and hottub. The top deck was shaded in the evening and was a serene place to look at the stars. The desecription on the house is very good - we were not disappointed. The owner was a delight to deal with and gave good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Thanks for a wonderful vacation - our only complaint was it was too short!

We stayed in your lovely home between Christmas and New Years 2009! The house has a great layout with plenty of room for all vacationers. My teenage son "took over" the downstairs with the pool table, tv, mini fridge etc. He loved all of his own space! There was ample space for everyone to unwind and feel comfortable! I loved the morning sun shining in on the main living level, it was so bright and beautiful. Thank you very much for providing such a well equipped, clean, and updated home for our holiday celebrations!

Loved the house. Plenty of room for multiple families. Loved the fact that the house was in a cul de sac, allowed the children to be outside without the vehicular traffic. The pool was great for the kids and the adults. The owners were wonderful to deal with. If you're looking for a nice large home for multiple families to enjoy the OBX, look no further. Everything is with in a two minute drive, stores, entertainment, everything. GReat house!!!

Great beach house with all of the amenities of home and then some! Coastal Cravin' is very clean and comfortable. The floor plan allows for a big family gathering or to do your own thing on another floor. Very convenient location near Food Lion, Harris Teeter and many shops & restaurants and of course, the beach. I would recommend this property to anybody looking to vacation in Corolla.

Great beach house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to shopping but in a nice area close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great after a full day in the surf. We rented for two weeks and look forward to renting again.

Home was absolutely beautiful and verrrry clean! The area is nice and quiet and the beach is not crowded. The kids LOVED the pool and the beach is not very far away either :-). We were able to work with owners to rent even at the last minute and had no problems whatsoever during the stay. Looking forward to renting again... besides, the family is already asking when we're coming back!

We have been renting homes for our family vacations for over eight years. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. This house is situated in wonderful Corrolla, NC on the Outer Banks, a great area. It is filled you amenities pool, hot tub, TVs, Video game system, pool table, fire place more TVs, and I especially like having two dishwashers in the kitchen, it was very handy. It comfortably slept our family of 12. Everything was as advertised, no surprises! In my mind what separates this home from the other great homes in the area are the owners, The Kings. We were on our way home to Pennsylvania, when I asked my wife for an aspirin, that’s when we realized I had left a bag in the hallway, now we panicked we have been driving for five hours what do we do? I turned around started heading south; meanwhile I called the Kings. Jay King returned my call from the golf course told me not to worry. He called their linen group secured the bag then shiipped it overnight via UPS. I can’t thank them enoough, great house and great service afterwards.
