This new, waterfront estate offers all you need for a luxurious, relaxing seaside vacation. Enjoy barbecuing by the heated pool. The two rotunda decks overlooking the pool and the ocean are beautifully furnished; a perfect spot for relaxing or an al fresco meal.
Once inside you will find an elegant and tastefully furnished home. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, double ovens, a cook top, Thermador fridge. The family room is open to the kitchen and breakfast room. Additionally, the first level offers a dining room, living room and office all with water views. The second level has two guest rooms each with a queen bed. There are two master suites, both with a double sided fireplace, sitting room and luxury bath.
The third level offers a sitting area, two bedrooms with queen beds (one with a crib) and one bath. Each aspect of this seaside estate is luxurious and impeccably designed York harbor, one of four areas that make up 'The Yorks,' has historically been a favorite vacation destination for a variety of reasons.
York Harbor is a peaceful spot offering beaches, a rocky shoreline, historic, Victorian summer cottages as well as restaurants, museums and antique stores. This area can provide for any favorite summer activity. Of course you needn't leave this property at all for a day of sunning and swimming. Follow a day in the pool with a poolside barbecue or dinner at a wonderful restaurant. And, if you'd enjoy an evening without the kids, we can assist with providing a babysitter who will entertain the gang while you're out.
This new, beautifully designed and furnished home offers all required for a luxurious seaside vacation. From coffee on the rotunda deck in the morning to a midnight swim in the heated pool, all favorite vacation activities are at your fingertips. York Harbor, though away from it all in feeling is just minutes from:
1. Long days at the beach; some complete with an arcade, playground, and candy shops while others are just a stretch of sand, water and sun.
2. World class dining or a casual lobster dinner while looking out at the ocean.
3. Outlet shopping. Many famous name designers and shops are represented from Coach to the Gap making this a perfect spot for a day of shopping.
4. An outing to Ogunquit (just 15 minutes north) for walking the one and one-half mile Marginal Way, dinner in Perkins Cove, a day at the three mile long white sand beach or an evening of theater at the Ogunquit Playhouse.
5. Golf, horseback riding, day camps for the kids, or a day trip to Boston (one hour away).

This was by far the best property we have ever rented. We have rented in France, Spain, Mathas Vineyard, Cape Cod, the Hamptons etc. and this was far and away the most unbelievable house we have had. The house was beautiful, immaculately clean, drop dead views and gardens, and decorated to the utmost. level. We loved being on the ocean with a pool or going to the beach. This house has it all and the coast of Maine is spectacular. While the location was on a point and was secluded and quiet, we were minutes away from all the action if we wanted it. The owner is what all owners should aspire to be. He was so responsive and helpful. Before we arrived, he was in touch with us helping with our arrangeents. He met us on arrival and helped us with everything. We were in Portland for the day and standing on the corner looking for a great restaurant. We called him on the phone and after we told him our location, he recommended a restaurant a few minutes away. He made the reservation for us on the spot. We arrived at this very busy restaurant and they greeted us by our name and said they were expecting us. They immediately sat us at a beautiful table on the water. Food and experience was a 5 star. We had a multi-generational group and the house was perfect for everyone. The area which is beautiful, provided something for all age groups. We could not think of anything that was missing from this vacation rental or location. It set an all time new standard for vacation homes. We tried to book this house twice before and our desired week was booked over a year ahead. I now know why having experienced it. We want to get back as soon as we can.

If you ever want the best experience you will ever have on a vacation rental home, this is it. This place is so beautiful, incredible home, views, location,and pool on the ocean. Close to everything yet secluded. We were a bit reluctant because of price, but this turned out to be bargain. We have rented other top priced homes in Maine and there was no comparison of any of them to this very special property. Huge and comfortable rooms with beautiful furnishings. Great owner who was really attentive to our needs. I know we are coming back.

This was an amazing property. It has everything you could ever want. We have rented high end houses in Nantucket and the Hamptons and this was by far the best in terms of quality and value. . The location was spectacular and so close to everything. This part of Maine is a must. Great owner

This is the most gorgeous home you will ever stay in. Amazing waterfront views with exquisite furnishings. The kitchen was fabulous and had everything times two. The location was near everything. Beach and pool were beautiful. We sat at the pool and watched the boats go by. The owner who acted as our concierge was incredible and extremely responsive. He arranged for a private chef who was spectacular and very reasonably priced. He was so good, we used him three times. The house was immaculately clean and the gardens were breathtaking. The bathrooms had every conceivable luxury from steam to multiple shower heads and air tubs. So relaxing. They supplied everything, including toiletries, beautiful linens, beach and pool towels, and even chairs and kids stuff for the beach. Great house for multi-generational families with lots of privacy. Even though its at the high end of the price range, it was an amazing bargain when compared to other hotels and houses. We are definately coming back again next year!
